I travelled 10 miles to the Aylesbury, Bucks store to purchase a stainless steel shower riser set available from today (Sunday 9th Oct). I arrived at opening time ( 10am ) and found that no sets had been delivered!! The manager thought that they might have been sent in error to another store ( no way of checking) . Another 2 customers had arrived also to buy this product. So in less that 5 minutes, 3 customers were disappointed.!!! VERY POOR SERVICE , especially as I am a regular customer. WILL I EVER BE ABLE TO BUY ONE, DOES ANYONE CARE, I doubt it. Still miles behind Aldi for customer service.
I travelled over 10 miles to visit the Aylesbury store this morning, arriving at 10am when the store opened. The purpose of my visit was to purchase a stainless steel shower riser set on offer from today. No sets had been received by the store and the manager could only guess that they had be incorrectly sent to another store.!!! ( no way of checking) A total waste of my time ( and that of 2 other customers who had arrived to purchase the same product).
Good service and helpful staff

1. I have been a loyal customer to the Pinner Branch of Lidl for 14 years, but today was the last straw, and my last shop ever at Lidl. One of my usual buys is the Swiss Style Muesli (No added sugar 750g box) that was not on the shelves and presumably not available. This I need for my Diabetes. Also not on the shelves was the COQUETTE tins of Meatball soup.
2. Once again on many occasions one of the Lifts are out of action, but 10 days ago BOTH lifts were out of order and I had to push my shopping trolley into the street, up hill and round to the Car Park entrance, and then up three steep slopes to reach my parked car. I am 90 years old and it exhausted me.
3. Finally the service I have experienced is dismal. Lots of shoppers with trolleys waiting at just one check-out and finally today (23 Feb 2016) another lift failure.
I'm afraid it's time for me to say "Goodbye Lidl ". For Good !.
I love your new Lidl store at Wrekenton Gateshead service very good indeed. Car parking good apart from the Yellow Steel Pole sticking up through the car park that people have crashed their cars into and it happen to my Sister Mr C Chaytor of Windy Nook in 2015. I feel that there should be a one way system that goes around to the left only and following the car park around until you come back on yourself. Also a large sign to be seen telling about the one way system and a warning sign at the loading bay Yellow safety pole?
