    For M&S online survey you are asked to enter 3 groups of figures from receipt. There are 4 groups! So do you enter first 3 groups or last 3 groups?

    Very helpful even though I was spending 4 x £1 vouchers and paying cash of 50p. Notice you had many mroe up market designs to what was there, for instance last year, i' m very pleased also with the newlayout in the Aldershot store congratulations

    Concerned about delivery points when I order clothing. I wanted item to be delivered to my local store free and when I went ahead with order was informed it had to be delivered to my home with a delivery charge. Most disappointing.

    In recent months I have tried to buy M&S egg custards in packs of 4 from out local small branch in Wetherby, West Yorkshire... without success! I've rather thought that I'd just been unlucky as I've bought these from the opening of the store. After asking a male representative/assistant (?) why these were no longer available, I was informed that this branch wasn't stocking them anymore 'just the double pack'. when I asked if I could have 2 x doubles for the same price as the 4 pack I was told NO. I find this really annoying and a complete 'rip-off ' - as do my friends. So why are we being disadvantaged in this way? I also can only get the @Scottish Plain Bread in the branch at York - 15miles away which again is very annoying. Either you want our custom or not, or is it a case of 'Only on your terms'.
    Other Supermarkets (ASDA and Tesco) are trying to get into our little town so take heed.
