    I went to the KFC drive-thru at Farnham Road evening, after being in the line and not moving decided to park up and order the food.
    As it was first time ordering in the restaurant where I went to the order my food, it was pretty busy and your store staff were flat out serving the customers in your drive thru and tending to us in the restaurant.
    I was waiting for some time as your staff were trying to get through the backlog of orders which they were still doing. I eventually received my meal understanding that they were under a great deal of pressure.
    When I got home and looked at my meal the chicken was all there (all 6 pieces as ordered) but the fries did taste as though they required a few minutes more cooking time but were just about edible to eat them as I was hungry after not eating for some time.
    Overall it was a good meal and will go back again.

    Service verry verry poor this is the thrird time as in meany months that my order has been short you have no crushems evrey time we come . you are usually verry good (in the 2016) .

    Just been to kfc in Penzance and have just had probably the worst meal out ever. Had the new Christmas burger was revolting and smelt disgustin, couldn't even bring myself to eat it, so swapped with my husband who hated it. Had wings to go with it which we couldn't even pick up as dripping in grease. Sorry but this is our last visit. Never been so disappointed

    dear sirs, i went to KFC, yesterday ordered my food upon the service assist. said they didn't have dips i asked for , i said what if any they had she said Shantalle, they had some. Which i asked for, but i got round the corner to next street and then discovered that i had no dips, therefore i had a very dry meal.

    Even though there was only one person in front of me, I waited 4 minutes to be served. the counter had spills all over it. I had to ask fer serviettes, The tables hadn,t been wiped and the floor was littered. Other people were coming back to ask for their drinks as well and not even a smile to go with the service. So sorry to have disturbed them! to be honest, it's not always that bad, but once is more than enough.
