Very disappointed with yamaha tech . Had bought about 50 waverunners and 30 out board motors in the past 10 years and had one problem with lower unit out of warranty by 1 month and they refused any help . Now looking a two pontoon boats with susuki engines on them
this is mine
I bought a bolt at Performance Yamaha in Lawton, Oklahoma and was very pleased with the entire process. Phillip was the sales guy and he is great.
Great experience at Redbluff Yahama. No pressure, good well explained financing, mechanic was very through going over operation and maintenance.
Mike at Port Washington, Wi is an excellent salesperson/owner. I have purchased many snowmobiles from him over the last 33 years. He has great integrity and bends over backward to ensure a happy customer. Only negative thoughts are the fit and finish since partnering with Arctic Cat leaves a lot to be desired!
I was told by the service department that after every time I had my Yamaha serviced that if I completed the survey I would be awarded gift card. Well, I have done so twice but I have yet to receive a girt card...
You gave my survey to the dealer who wouldn't return my phone calls charged me $220 for an oil change and stapled the survey to my bill. They hooked up the boat that came disconnected in my yard and damaged my truck. Thanks Yamaha. Never going back there even though this is a brand new boat and they are the only dealer close by.
I was delighted with the deal I made as they dealer delivered the model I bought to my home.
I am very angry with Yamaha, I have a 2007 c3 xf50. The fuel pump failed shortly after purchase and yamaha replaced it but would not admit to a defect. One thousand miles later it has failed again at cost to me of 500.00 for replacement. The yamaha service tech. stated that the pump replacement part number has changed indicating an update to it, which means the second pump was defective also. I have a whole three thousand miles on this scooter. Yamaha needs to stand up and be accountable and reimburse me for there failed product. How can I have confidence in yamaha if I have repeated failures? I AM ANGRY!!
well.. I buy a crux it was brand new as they said but in horn is not working and they don't have horn even they are running a showroom and service centre....
After the first free service bike is going worst tappet or whatever you guys calls them a sounding like a old bike......I m wondering if they changed engine oil or not....
some other problems r too...
I am feeling like I have get a second hand bike and that's why I have to go to service canter every week.......
We had a very good experience at Lejeune Motorsports in Jacksonville NC
They was very helpful and I checked around and came back and made a purchase.
