    I am pleased to be a Victoria's Secret Angel. I Purchase many things on my card over the years online, through catalogs, and in store. I have always been greeted with the best and most friendly customer service representatives. I am an avid watcher of the runway shows and I am pleased to say that bonding with my three daughters over fashion is wonderful. The free gifts I get make great gifts for me to give away when I receive them. I do a lot of shopping at Victoria's Secret and never hear any complaints from my husband as he also enjoys the things he gets as well. When I wear Victoria's Secret products I feel self empowered no matter if it's the lotions, fragrances, sleepwear, clothing, or other forms of lingerie. My girls look up to the angels and I know it's positive motivation. Thank you for all that the MPR does to keep this brand available to the public.

    The Moline, IL. store has excellent customer service! When a guy can go in there to purchase gifts for a girl and still feel comfortable, that means a lot. Erika, Casey, and Haley are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is a relatively small store that could do so much more business if it had a more inventory. They could easily double the size of that store and more than double the business. It just makes sense to have a larger store in Moline. Please pass this along to Victoria's Secret.

    I love going to Prescott Mall, AZ to shop at VS, the store is always neat, Kim the manager always takes time to greet me and show me new items that have come in since the last time I have visited the store, ok, I have to admit, I am obsessed with the lounge wear, panties and sleepwear. Good thing is so are my daughters but they really cant afford to buy for themselves so when my closet gets too full, I ship the extras up to them and they are always happy to get them.

    I purchased a gift card for $240.00 today in the Downtown store (750 W 7th Street) 213-627-3593.
    Victoria Secret sent me a card "Free Victoria Secret Umbrella with a $75.00 purchase. When I asked for my free umbrella I was advised by the manager that I was not intitle to the free umbrella because I didn't buy anything for $75.00.
    I believe the gift card for $240.00 is a purchase, in fact when I receive my bill from Victoria Secret it will show a purchase of $240.00.
    I would like to know if I can get my FREE UMBRELLA at another store. Thank you,.

    I was in the Portland,Oregon Pioneer location yesterday.I bought some bras and panties which I really love!!!I also bought a fragrance.Which I was under the impression that I would receive a free tote.I was in super rush because I had a very important meeting.I did not realize until I out home that I did not get the free tote.Their was a sign posted???? Maybe it was just for certain fragrances? I would not have bought the fragrance had I known that I would not receive the tote.Thank you for listening
