I would like to make a comment On my experince I had at your Verizon store@8430 W Cross Dr Littleton CO 80123. I wanted to tell me about the very good service I had from 2 of your employees. Ashley Carrigan who went out of her way to help me with my problems and was very help full. After I returned to the store I asked for Ashley she was unavailable so I was taking over by William Binion . He took over were Ashley left off understood the problem and helped me till everything was all handled. Thank you for having trained and help full people working at your store.

  6. Emily says:

I recently had a FANTASTIC experience with Christopher Imperiale (General Sales Manager) at On Communications Consulting. I was there to get a new phone and the customer service that he provided was outstanding. He was patient, kind, helpful, understanding and easy to work with. I originally left with an SE and when I changed my mind (within the 14 day grace period,) he allowed the exchange with no questions asked. I could not give him a great review. I was honestly impressed. 5 gold stars for Chris!

  7. Larry says:

Veriaon has turned out to be the biggest joke in wireless service. We recently upgraded our Droid phones and was told we had a $200 credit we had to use or lose. We chose a tablet for one of the options. We wasn't told it had a separate phone number or how to use it at all. No instructions at all. I just went in to have that number removed and was told it would cost $179 to cancel that number. We had waited over 45 minutes just to be told that. This Chickasha store had two (service managers) that met you at the door and said someone would be with us shortly. They couldn't answer any of the technical questions we had for them. What good is a service manager if they can't answer easy technical questions. They are just door greeters with a title. I'm so fed up with Verizon I'm looking for another wireless provider

I visited the store on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance and it took me some time to shake off my experience. I was upgrading from an Iphone 6 to a 7 and the man I worked with spoke quickly and had the attitude of 'take it or leave it'. At first, i was told that there would be a $500 rebate on my phone; then it was a $450 rebate and after i paid off the balance on my phone and was in to the final portion, i was told it was just $300. I said this felt like switch and bait at which time the sales associate spoke quickly and what he said I couldn't follow - I am a college graduate of a prestigious school. He called the manager over- who spoke in a moderate tone- and settled the situation to my satisfaction. The original person who began the new contract with me seemed to dismiss himself and another associate concluded with me. The impression I was left with was that he couldn't 'handle' working with me. He was impatient, arrogant and definitely gave me the impression that they could care less if I remained a client. In addition to paying off my phone at the end there was an additional charge of over $100. I was not told that there would be extra charges to pay- tax on the full value of the phone. I think that in the initial conversation should have revealed all charges that I would have to pay to walk off with the new phone. Again, the overall feeling that I got in the store was 'take it or leave it, we don't care'.

  9. Jim Lobell says:

I recently visited your Derwood facility to exchange and upgrade my phones and had a great experience thanks to Brooke Stine, who was professional, personable, and very pleasant. She and Derek were an efficient team, and having dealt with other Rockville locations, my experience at Derwood was the most pleasant to date.

  10. MELISSA EDENS says:

I called Verizon yesterday in regards to the replacement phone they sent me which was used and it has the same issues that the old one did that was brand new that i mailed them back matter of fact two of them. I pay my bill on time every month and now after 8 hours on the phone from 1:34 till about 8 last night with different people and two managers going as high up as i could they explain to me that Motorola has is highly aware of the issues but the system update was placed on hold and it could take weeks and or months to be fixed and the update to be released. i pay by bill monthly the last manager i was on the phone with was very nice her gave me a credit to my service but like i explained to him its the phone not the service. He after being on the phone with me for 2 ours could hear what i was saying and was very sorry i just think that since it is a Motorola phone issue that they should allow me to turn the phone back in or discount the remaining balance on the two phones that i have with them he did explain that that should be something you would have to fix that he could do that so he gave me this and told me to email y'all in regards to this matter. i pay my bill every month and i work for hospice the phone not ringing and the volume going in and out has got to be fixed. Please help

I would like to leave some very positive feedback about the Verizon Wireless store at 1340 W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee. I found the staff very helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble. The item I wanted they didn't have in stock but they found another store that had stock in the area and sent a driver to collect it.
The item was not working so I returned it next day and again they had an item shipped from another store.
This has been the best customer service I have received from anywhere in the US whilst I have been here on vacation. The staff should all be commended for their attitude and helpfulness, especially Matt, Danny and Melissa. Thanks to all again

I so appreciate how Kristine Perez Solutions Specialist handled my needs. I loved her personality in that she offered me the best, but let it be if I wasn't interested. Her sensitivity to who I was and my needs impressed me. I felt she genuinely cared and that is rare in this day and age. Thank you Kristine Perez.

  23. Antonio Yazzie says:

Jonathan Trejo in Gallup, NM was not only professional and polite, he was extremely helpful and excellent at his job. I had broken my phone and needed assistance with transferring my phone number, contacts, irreplaceable photos, etc. and was looking for assistance during this confusing time. I had looked into another Verizon retail store prior but was unfortunately put off by the assistance. It looked like there was nothing I could do but decided to try another Verizon store, when I went to Jonathan's store. He not only took it upon himself as the assistant manager to assist me, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease and felt like a priority. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and helpfulness. It is employees like him that will keep me a loyal Verizon customer.

  24. Ralph Kissel says:

This is about Phil Gouge in Elizabethton, TN (4/16/15). We left pretty early and expected some important calls but found the phone would not work even though it was charged the night before. When we went through Elizabethton we happened to see the Verizon store so we went in. Phil checked everything and said the battery was bad. He said they didn't sell batteries but he may be able to find an upgrade to our phone. He did find one and, since we sometimes had problems with our old phone, we agreed to purchase the new one. He transferred contacts, fixed something that activated receiving, etc., He seemed to enjoy his job and we enjoyed his company. Good guy and good place to go.

  25. Kathleen arndt says:

Blake White in the Staunton, Virginia store is fabulous! He was helpful, polite and had a great sense of humor. Loved working with him. He sets the tone for what customer service can and should be. I've worked with the Harrisonburg store numerous times and it's had the opposite effect on me. Thanks, Blake!

  26. ronald myers says:

My wife and I had a great experience with your Verizon store in Braintree,Ma. It was our first time getting a smart phone and tablet the salesman (Rashad Bond) was excellent, walked us thru the hold process and spent as much time needed with us. And when we had any questions, he had no problem sitting down with us the following day. Would highly reecommend him and the store to anyone. Thanks for a great experience

  27. Bob Nyquist says:

Today Keith Manning helped my wife and I as somehow her phone had gotten out of our house and
a neighbor somehow read our last name and brought it to us. It had animal teeth marks on it and
had been run over. We needed a new phone. Kevin helped us with that and tried for a very long time to retrieve as much from the old phone as possible. We really appeciated his effort and spending time trying to help us. You are fortunate to have an empoyee that is dedicated to his work and being very friendly at the same time.

I would like to compliment the office in Lincolnton, NC. Katherine Gonzalez went above and beyond in helping me on Jan. 20, 2015, I was not happy when I went in,; however I left with my opinion of Verizon Wireless restored. I have always suggested this wireless to friends and I will continue to do so. For sure when they have poor service when traveling. I advise them to check out the number of Verizon towers verses the wireless company they ese.

    Thank You

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
