    In the last 3/4 weeks I asked your company for used cardboard boxes as I was moving house. This they did willingly and without charge, of course. Today, 24.10.17 @ 12.56 pm, I asked again for used boxes, to be told that would cost me £1.99. I have lived in Livingston Scotland now for nearly 10 years, and in all that time have NEVER been asked to pay for used cardboard boxes. In fact I am doing you a favour by removing them instead of you paying someone to do it. I am staggered that you charge for this. So much so I will put a report on Trip Advisor so that others will see that ToysRus are a stingy and money grabbing company. My receipt number is 672929 Livingston EH54 6RQ. Needless to say today's visit will be my last. Even trying to get on your website to write this report was truly difficult.

    Visited the Kirkcaldy Branch this morning 15.03.17 toy not in store very helpful woman on till
    Jac contacted another member of staff Dean who very helpful would when returning to work
    next day pick up the toy from another store and bring it to this branch, that in my eyes is people
    who care and go the extra mile, very happy with service given to me plus my grand daughters
    will be very pleased, my thanks again.

    Went into toysurs at th wyvern Derby, to buy a dolls hairdressing salon for my grandaughter,I could not find the particular one I wanted,which I had seen previously in the store,I asked a lady assistance name ED ?I think,she found the toy for me after taking a lot of time and trouble both looking on the computer,looking round the store,and finally looking at the seasonal toys,her customer service was excellent,and I did bring it to one of the managers attention, it made a pleasant change to experience such good service,credit were credit is due.

    My daughter and I have just returned from purchasing a SilverCross pram at your Colliers Wood branch and would like to compliment one of the staff who works there. Natasha Hall was most helpful. On a previous visit she went out of her way to help my daughter who was having trouble finding a pram that would fit in her car. This visit, with now having made up her mind on the model, Natasha sailed through the purchase with us with a smile on her face and gave the feeling that nothing was to much trouble. Well done

    I went in the Oldbury store on the 1st December
    to buy a DVD player,the girl on till was helpful and I was told to go to the collection point and someone would get it for me.I stood there and waited and the staff were just walking past me and never acknowledged I was there,after a while a girl came over and said someone would be with me but in the end I had to stop someone,no apology for being kept waiting and when I asked for a bag I was told to go to the till and ask for one.I was very disappointed when I left the store.If I shop in toysrus again it won't
    be in that store.
