    Visited Topshop, Abbey Centre Shopping CNT. N Ireland today with 3 teenage granddaughters and purchased 2 bottles of nail varnish for them. On the display all nail varnishes were shown as £5 but at the till I was charged £6 each. Despite pointing out to Natalie - who served me - that the display showed £5 she insisted that the price of £6 was correct. This was very misleading and the reason given for the nail varnish being in the £5 display was that she had nowhere else to place them. Cosmetics number 2260537540006. Do not think this is a good way to do business.

    Hi, i shop in the Topshop in Belfast. There is a girl who works there called Jessica she is always very helpful, and i always leave with a smile on my face and a new outfit which she would help me choose. She is a great asset to your store. I shop in Topshop a couple of times every week and my visit is always better when she is working. I have never done anything like this before but feel she shines in your store.

    I was shopping in Topshop Braehead shopping centre, I asked a girl called Shona for help on finding a top to go with a skirt I picked, Shona was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. She found a few tops that suited the skirt and luckily enough I bought both. I was also served by a really friendly girl at the till called Carolyn, makes such a difference to be met with nice , friendly and helpful staff.

    Have been meaning to write this for a while - I went bikini shopping with my daughter at the beginning of July before she went on Holiday and we went into the Top Shop in Elys, Wimbledon.
    Aleia helped us on this occasion and she went out of her way to find different sizes and brought us some new stock too. She was extremely helpful and very personable and made the whole 'bikini shopping' experience a very enjoyable one. Many thanks, Aleia!

    I had excellent service from Yen Eplen, an assistant in the Oxford Street Branch on Tuesday 13 May 2014. She offered to help, understood my request, went to search for products having advised me it would take five minutes and arranged where to meet me and was as good as her word. Although she couldn't find the product I was looking for, she made an intelligent suggestion for a substitute and offered it to me in a couple of sizes. Very satisfactory all round, and her help led directly to a purchase. Please thank her.

    On the 29th of this month I called in your Topshop in Meadowhall.As I was in a wheelchair I was finding it a little awkward to find things.Then one of your assistants whom I believed to be called Holly came and asked if there was anything she could help me with.I went on to ask her for the items I was looking for.She then obliged and found all but one item,which she then went and checked,unfortunately it was out of stock.I would like to praise this young lady for her kind and polite attitude,she was helpful and I felt she just went that extra mile to try and make sure I got what I wanted.I would like to think that such people would warrant a little recognition as it is all to easy these days to fob people off, or can't be bothered to look for things.She was a credit to your store. many thanks Mrs,E Blake

    just want to say a hugh thank you to jess and Danielle who both work at Topshop Sailsbury, it was my first visit on Saturday 1st Feburary . both girls were polite , pleasant and extremely helpful . they both went that extra mile in making sure I got the right choice , nothing was to much trouble for them , they are both a credit to your store and the company.

    First time visit to Leeds Store, shopping for my daughter. Had to describe what I wanted as limited information supplied by my teenager. Met assistant James Wade, who was so patient and helpful. He really went the extra mile to find both items for me. He is a great asset to your company and role model for other staff. Made my day and my daughters so big thank you.

    I would like to commend a sales assistant in your Topshop, Oxford Street store. Her name is FAYE ZONE 1.

    I visited the store on Friday, 10th January in the hope that Inwould find a "Jersey" in a different colour to the one I had bought in November. The sale was on. There was no sign of this "Jersey". I asked FAYE if she could help. First she had to identify from your huge stock the "Jersey" I was looking for - a needle-in-a-haystack. She went "downstairs" and came back with a garment. Not the right one. She persevered with several visits to the stock room. To my delight she came back with the garment I was so desperate to find. Then back and forth with sizes and colours. I find just what I wanted and in fact bought two not one.

    The garment was not in the sale and had been set apart from sale goods.

    I cannot ever thank FAYE enough. Her help and kindness were beyond and out of the usual experience of any high street or designer shop.

    I sincerely hope that you take my comments into account because you have a real jewel amongst your sales assistants

    I always receive excellent service in Topshop Middlesbrough but today 3 assistants went that extra mile trying to locate a piece of nightwear for my daughter. Laura Cook, Laura W and Courtney were simply amazing, they were so friendly, cheerful and so very helpful. It is unusual in this day and age to go into a shop and get such brilliant service. It is always a pleasure to shop there but today the girls excelled. Thank you so much girls you were ssimply amazing

    My daughter & I have visited the Edinburgh Princes Street store twice recently and both times we were served by Rebecca who was extremely helpful on both occasions. We will definitely be shopping in Top Shop in the future.
