    I've tried several times to bring up tommysurveys.com and it will not work, I receive a blank message and unable to access. I am wanting to return to the Tommy's outlet in Angola, IN to purchase a coat for my daughter using the 20% coupon. I just purchased several items and am very interested in the coat.

    I've shopped Tommy store in Williamsburg VA. very polite workers. Prime Outlet in Norfolk just two months ago and encounter the rudest sales girl ever! Walked in the store, sales​ girl, Adaeze looked up rudely and continue to work, never spoke, came to counter with attitude, stated she was sick and didn't want to be there. I said you still have to polite, she stated, I'm sick and I'm not sorry in a nasty tone, short and rude and barely open her mouth when asked questions, didn't know nothing, all across the board rude. I asked her name she said it fast, so I asked was it spelled like the flower, she started if you want it to, which was a lie. I told her she was acting like a bitch. Argument started, she told manager she was leaving and told me she would be outside. She waited approx. 6 minutes out front of the store for me, called me a old bitch in front of store where there was customers leaving and entering with children and invited me to parking lot for a fight. I called corporate and was offer a $25 gift card for being treated so rude by such a unprofessional Tommy worker. I told the CSR guy didn't need to send me a gift card, I wanted something done about this girl. He told me I would get a call from store mgr. Heather & GM Kelly Brush, it's been a week and no one has called me. I've left three messages (3) with Asst. Mgr. Melanie, and one with Jas. I have yet to receive a call from anyone. I feel no one at Tommy is taking my complaint seriously and figured they would give me a $25 and I would go away.
