    I shipped both my kids fudge. I live in spokane wash. usually it takes 3 days to get to grand forks ND and 4 days to get to dallas. I shipped on 12/30/13 ND kids got it 1/6/14 and Dallas kids got it 1/7/14 don't under stand what took so long? the package going to Dallas was there on the 4th but was not delivered until the 7th? could you explain this. thanks

    I have been a customer of UPS store # 2372 since it opened. Many years ago I had AAA and a few years ago AARP. Both give member discounts. Sales associate Robert neither offers the discount, or if you ask him for it he states he cannot do it. Only recent new hires go the extra mile to offer the member benefit. It may seem like only pennies, but I do copier documents and family items. Those pennies add up over decades. Please retrain Robert so we can all continue to enjoy the UPS experience and savings.

    The staff at the ups store in Greenwood, SC was very helpful. I wanted to get a package to my grand daughter in Fort Lewis, WA for Christmas and they told me the fastest way was by air. They told me what it would cost and I was shocked, but I sent the package by air. I told them I would not be a procrastinator next Christmas. We all laughed and had a very pleasant experience. Thanks staff of Greenwood, SC. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

    I was debating whether to ship by ups or post office and decided to ship ups because I had a $3 coupon and the office was open late. I was very upset when I was charged $2 to put tape on my package! The post office tapes packages for free! Next time I will use the customer friendly post office.

    I was pleased with my cashier Miranda at the Bedford, Indiana store, However I was not happy with the cost to ship my box. I was charged for 59lbs and my total shipment weighted 28lbs 9.8oz. Miranda told me that I was charged this amount because of the dimensions of my box. I personally feel this is not a fair way to be charging. This is only the second time I have used your services in about three years or more, it is almost a promise that I will not ship with your company again. I was charged for fuel, delivery area surcharge and a signature required fee for the $83.24 that I was charged this should have all been included to make up for the extra weight that I had to pay and did not need.

    The employees were very professional & polite. I realized that I had made a error on my shipment address. I had to go back to the store & change the shipment address. They were glad that I caught my mistake sooner than later. This is what the employees told me. All smiles.......

    The Clemson, SC UPS is simply excellent. Wonderful management and wonderful personnel, including the hires of college students. It's a comfortable, yet efficient place. The personnel helps with all xeroxing, organization, postal needs.

    09/27/2013 On or about 3:10 pm went to UPS store in OKC at Chatenay Square, store # 4818 paid $18.52 to send package took five days unacceptable, so the next time even though I am crippled went to US Post Office and paid $3.65 and had husband drive me an extra mile further for same package and UPS refused to give us a military or senior citizens discount. That said in July of 2007, the same UPS location lost a check of our we allegedly overnighted from OKC to Springfield, VA....and it was he!! getting UPS to replace it....but my husband store because they are convenient and I am crippled!

    I went to the UPS store on 10/7/13 at 9850 S. Maryland Pkwy to mail a package. I was in the process of writing out the check, as I finished it the woman said "Oh we do not accept checks", she (Rikki) was really snotty and rude. I have been there before and will not go there again. The last time I was in she was rude and snotty. If they do not accept personal checks they should put up a sign and not wait until the patron has it all filled out. The other UPS stores take checks, why not this one? I just will go three miles in the other direction to mail off my packages and not go there anymore.

    My wife and I used UPS Store # 5747 in Layton, Utah where we received the most efficient, friendly and professional assistance from Megan. I requested a cost estimate on a guitar and she was able to give me a cost figure and estimated date of delivery within minutes . Megan did a superb job. Definitely will visit the store again.     I have filled out your survey questions...it won't accept info.
    I am disappointed in the UPS service I have used within the last two weeks.
    Our mailing was from Florida (Estero),we had TWO parcels of returning our personal goods to Canada.One parcel arrived we then had to chase around Pearson Airport,go to Customs,then be told our other box was in Fort Erie.The person responsible for this mess was from Store #3404,as she did not mark boxes..1 of 2 hence they were separated and the long chase was on.
    We paid $110.80 dollars for shipping,plus paid your driver of one parcel $46.00 for bringing box to our door.However,the second box cost $13.00 to clear customs and be delivered for free!!!!!
