2) There may be a time limit for you to finish the survey and start the survey again. Sometimes, the information printed on your receipt used to take the survey is only one-time and it won’t be valid when you try again. If this happens, contact the customer service to get the problem solved.

4. How to go back to the previous survey page?

I bought $165 worth of merchandise from the Newbury Street store in Boston and wanted to praise the excellent service I received from Nick the sales associate. He gets five stars! I go to the survey and it says it's closed. There appear to be an endless number of other sites to take a survey and none of them have anything to do with North Face. Very confusing and disappointing.
