    I went to my local Tescos and the bargains on that day were brilliant. The store is always clean and well stocked and the staff are always helpful.

    Tesco baguely.... once again terrible service. waited ages at fish counter, when i was served i felt id really been an inconvenience. Self service tills, not a hard job but you seem to be paying people to talk to there friends and ignore the red flashing light above. i am tired of having to shout some one to deal with problems. If i shop at night the language of your shelf fillers leaves a lot to be desired. yes of course ive heard swear before, i have also worked in public places and would not dream of using such choice Anglo Saxon words. Will be taking my business over the road from now on, at least i get service with a smile!

    I shop at Tesco Extra in Shirley and wanted to upgrade my mobile. I had a new handset but encountered a few problems and contacted your technical dept but they were unable to resolve the problems. I returned to the Shirley branch determined to cancel my contract but a young man named Angus talked me through the problems, explained in detail applications and how to use them on my particular handset. I would like to thank Angus for all his help and patience and would like Tesco to acknowledge that Angus is a very polite, courteous and extremely helpful young man. They could do with more staff like this young man.

    Hello Tesco
    I'm very disappointed with you. Today I did my shopping at your Amersham store in Buckinghamshire and whilst browsing around the store I came across a refrigerated end unit which had signs all over it for your meal deal. Naturally, after deciding to try your meal deal, I chose a main, 2 sides and a desert. On returning home I checked my receipt and found that I had paid for the items individually ( it was not in the multibuy savings). So either it wasn't recognised at the checkout or you have very slyly put other items in the same refrigeration unit which is covered in meal deal signs !!! Which ever is the reason. It is not acceptable. I have been a loyal customer to Tesco for many many years but I fear this will change if nothing is done about my complaint.
    You have my email address and I expect a very quick response from you. A meal that should have cost me £7 has in fact cost me £11.10. I'm concerned that mistakes with my bill and false advertising may have gone unnoticed in the past but will not in the future, if indeed I shop with you again.

    Cashier failed to remove security tag from DVD. I was stopped by security man. Despite showing my receipt he insisted it was receipt from yesterday! YOU NEED TO TRAIN EMPLOYEES TO READ!

    Yesterday on the 17th of February I visited Tesco opticians eye test ordered two pair of glasses,one pair free Imust mention thankyou.Less than 24 hours later they were ready for my collection.Thats what I call service.

    Yesterday whilst shopping at my nearest biggest store (Martlesham) I bought a pair of ladies pyjamas to give as a present later today. I was about to wrap them when I find the security tag wasn't removed at the checkout (obviously I paid for them and have the receipt) As I really need them for today I now find I have to make a special 30mile round trip to get this sorted I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!
