30 August 2013- Unique Code:1098. Visit to Rye House. Lunch Meal took 1 hour to cook- Come on- Scampi and Chips should take only 15 mins at most. Standard very mediocre. No wonder other patrons were complaining. We had 4 guests who also waited 50 mins to be served. Would not go back again.

Just been to the Rushcutter Restaurant in Norwich 14/08/13. Booked a table on line, what a waste of time they didn`t have us on their list when we got there. At least they found us a table so it was just as well we were there early. We had quite a wait before any body took our order at least 20 mins. We were served by Charli who recognised us a from previous visit and who was lovely. The meal was very good, Steak done as my partner likes it, the lamb lovely and tender but the veg were a bit hard. If we go back i definately wont book on line i will just have to phone up!

We went to the greyhound pub for a meal yesterday evening the 10/08/13. We thought the food was filling and delicious. the steak was cooked to perfection, and the chicken was juicy and succulent. The desserts were fantastic. The whole evening was delightful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service from them was faultless. They were all very efficient at their jobs, and very polite too.

just returned from you're Handforth waggon and horses. We took my husbands mother for a birthday treat, how sorry we did. The meal was totally disappointing firstly they only brought out mine and my mother in laws, said we had only ordered 2 meals, so my husband had to wait 10 minutes before his arrived. The meal was very average vegetables luke warm, we didn't complain as we didn't want to make a fuss and spoil it as my mother in law has just had an eye operation and was feeling a bit under the weather. The meals are very reasonably priced but think this reflected on the food we were give. It' not in my nature to complain but on this occasion I think it would benefit you knowing. Also I know it was none of my Business but we did hear another 2 tables complaining. We arrived at 6PM if thats any help .

  19. John Barker says:

Went to the Bottle & Glass in St. Helens Merseyside on 18/7 meal & staff great but my wife was disappointed to find you have stopped serving glasses of sparkling wine. We were offered a bottle but this is to much to drink at a meal. Have you considered stocking small 20cl. bottles. I appreciate that these may seem expensive to some people but if it adds to her enjoyment of the meal it would be a small price to pay. If she is happy I am ecstatic. My uniqu code is 1069

We have visited for the last two weekends at Fayre & Square in Northampton and on both occasions the staff were helpful and prompt with taking the order and servings the food in about 20 minutes, it was busy, food was good. Children mixed grill was very good value for money. i was informed by my son it was lovely and there was plenty. Steak 6 oz was good too was two for £10 which was also good value. It makes a change not have to return the steak as not being cooked as requested but they cooked them just right and as we had ordered.

Unique code 1326 Served by James.
    Will be visiting again.

  37. lorrayne coleman says:

We had dinner at Gordon Arms in Peterborough, the food was very nice and the service was very good.

  38. Veronika says:

We had lunch at the restaurant immediately outside the centre of Lincoln (south bound). We were served at the Bar by Matt, he was incredibly friendly and helpful particularly since we needed to make a few changes to two of our orders. We were served in a reasonable space of time. The food was fine and as we had ordered, we were reminded when we were being served that if we were unhappy with our meal at all then we should say so. Also during the meal another member of staff checked that everything was ok and if we needed to replenish our drinks. Overall no complaints service was very good.

  39. linda gascoyne says:

we waited over 1 hour for a meal at fayre & square gordon arms M8283 ORTONLONGUEVILLE PE27DH. My husbands steak was tough and very few chips, he ate it as he was so hungry
after waiting so long. My food, i ordered lamb (well done) and mash. the mash was old and grey and the blood was very evident in the lamb which was also very tough and inedible. when i complained that i could not eat it, i was offered a replacement meal.......... and wait how long
this time??? NO, i declined so was given 80p back as i had used a buy one get one free. the
bill was approx £18.00 and was dreadful. the small salad i was given was also not prepared
    fresh.

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
