    I was at the Mission Valley mall and beth was an incredible help. As soon as we walked in the door she greeted us with a warm hello, let us know what sale's were going on were to find the best deals and was very helpful in getting us what we were looking for. I love Tilly's store's and style of clothes especially when i'm stationed on the east coast were there're no one dresses like we do on the west. I frequently shop at tillys as soon as i see a store. 😀

    Christina and the store manager made me feel extremely uncomfortable, embarrassed about my body, and spoke about employees in an unprofessional manner. I did not appreciate the service i received, will never shop there again. I am 27 and would never walk out in what they wear to work, allowing stomach and butts to show is not the atmosphere i want my daughter or myself around. The conduct in that store was unacceptable and should be reported. I should not leave knowing that your planning on firing an employee. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

    Sean was very helpful. Greeted us early upon arrival and informed us of sales. Also, helped my son with shoes and checked to make sure we could order on line for the correct size.

    i was at the Valencia tillys store and this girl named Ashley was so helpful and was telling me were stuff was and I asked her what her opinion was on trying on cloths and she was very honest its like she new my style or something if something seemed to big or small she would tell me and she was right but of course I asked for her opinion first but still she was very helpful and has a nice taste in style and is very honest

    I went to purchase a birthday gift for my 19-year-old granddaughter. I walked in the store at Panama City Beach, Pier Park, and was greeted by the most friendly and helpful group of ladies. Being at 73-year-old grandmother I'm not sure what teenagers like so I asked for their advice and they picked clothes that my granddaughter loved. Thank You Pier Park Tilly Ladies...you are awesome!

    I frequent the Tilly's in the Colonies Crossroads in Upland, Ca. I have three teenage daughters and was at this store on three separate occasions in December. My receipts total more than $1200. I have worked retail, my husband has worked retail for over 25 years. I would normally not comment on a rude associate as I understand everyone has bad days. However, I had the same associate each time who rang up my merchandise. His name is Luis. He is completely rude, offered no greeting at any of my times at the store, no smile, no eye contact. Today, I asked him why he never smiles and told him I found him to be rude. His response, "oh well". I will never shop at this Tilly's again. This young man should not be working with customers. He is a poor representative of your company. It is solely due to him, that you have lost my business.

    Fell in love with your store. We shopped in there on 7/23 and went back on 7/27 to shop again. The grand kids loved your store...I loved the price!! Our sales rep was adorable and very helpful.
    I have already washed the Miami jeggings. We bought 4 pair and they washed up like a dream!
