Visited our local Taco Bell (001819) and was waited on at the counter by the nicest person I've ever seen there. Her name is Kylee P. and she was so polite and patient and also helpful when the tea dispenser would not work properly. She told us she was from Utah and I told my husband that if all people in Utah are as nice as she is, I want to move there. Hope you keep her for a long time as she made dining in a pleasant experience.

while visiting your store in waveland , ms i was very disappointed in the food and the service. i ordered the blt slider box. but guess what no b yes no bacon and i went up to counter told the lady that took my order and she was not even sure if it was to have bacon and i said is that not the b but she then left as i was thru eating my 2 tacos and throwing away my blt cunchy wrap and ask if she wanted to see that it had no bacon her response was did they not get you another one. well who is they and why did you not follow up on my problem. so i left and called the store back and spoke with a manger he then says he is sorry and if i come back some other time he could make it right if he happened to be their. so just wondering who they was and if the b was suppose to of been bacon. just seemed i got put off and no one cared to make this purchase correct. this was 12-27 atg 5.01 her name was rebecca g the store 016988

  9. Bob says:

This particular restaurant employes a young man at drive thru with excellent personality for
serving your customers. Sorry I don't know his name. He should be in management.
He is a plus to this restaurant!

  10. Carmen Copeland says:

I really miss your original recipe from cantina bowl; what happen with the cilantro sauce, the "pico de gallo", I understand avocado aren't not cheap, but you can charge one dollar extra for it, instead to provide a ridiculous sample of guacamole. You lost me as a customer, initially I was so happy with the alternative of some homemade food and also proud of you, sorry the striving administration ruin the business opportunity that you been conquer with homemade bowls.

  11. SHEA ARNOLD says:

THE FOOD WAS SOGGY SWEATY OUT OF THE MICROWAVE NO FLAVOR NOT ENOUGH MEAT AND NO SAUCE GROSS!!

  12. Ann Ward says:

I want to acknlowedge an employee in the Creve Coeur, Mo location on Olive St. Her name is Tory and she is the BEST drive-through attendant I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. She is consistently energetic, polite and makes me feel very happy to have chosen Taco Bell.

  13. Arthur says:

nacho bell grande very good but spice up the sauce

  14. Glenn Urbish says:

I live in Coral Springs Florida, zip code 33071. I eat at taco bell 3 to 4 times per week. Great food. Drive through service at night after 10:00pm is very bad. The wait time in line is 12 to 20 minutes with only 4 to 5 cars in front. The excuse is sorry for the wait!!!.
I have visited Taco Bell 5 times in the last 12 nights. There is not enough help, the kids that are there are not helping each other, talking laughing and fooling around. No manager in sight.
The order is almost always wrong when the bag is opened at home. Now going to Burger King.

  15. evelyn wathen says:

This was a walk in and actually it was a nice visit and the service was faster than the drive thru's that I usually wait on so I was pleased with the service today.

  16. Diego says:

  20. Lucion says:

Went there yesterday at about... 6-7. Kid at the register messed up the order. He couldn't figure out what we were trying to tell him to make the order right, so he went and got his supervisor (Which is the correct thing to do if you can't figure out what a customer is trying to tell you)

So the Manager comes and he's trying to figure it out, but it doesn't help that my friend is confusing the hell out of the manager. Finally we get it figured out, and the whole time I'm stressing that there needs to be no sour cream on anything. Said it multiple times, making sure... No sour cream.

So about 20 mins go by, and Still haven't gotten the stuff I needed without sour cream. It's only 2 items. Apparently they had put it out with another order. So the manager goes to remake it and he puts sour cream on it, but he caught himself and he asked me all the way from the kitchen "You said no sour cream, right?" and I said, "Yeah, no sour cream on anything." and then the register kid walks up and is like "No just no sour cream on that one thing." So in reaction I'm like yelling across the Lobby like none on anything, and they finally got it and then finally came my food.

Now, normally I can understand problems that happen within Taco Bell, I used to be a T.M.T. for Taco Bell at a store that was consistently top 5 in the Franchise company. Here's my advice to the Maricopa Taco Bell crew. Work on your communication skills. Communication is key from the register all the way down the line, to the customer. The register person needs to listen a little more clearly, so that the order shows up correctly on the screen for the food line. When an order is messed up, all the workers on the food line need to know the same thing. Whenever I was in the steaming position and I had an order mess up, there were no questions asked, nothing. Just make the food the way it needed to be made and I would MAKE SURE that my whole line screw knew this as well. That's why the mess up food went out with another order. The Stuffer/Expediter didn't know that it was a mess up, and it went out the window.

Didn't really want to give you guys a bad V.O.C., I didn't like bad V.O.C.'s at my store, but yesterday was ridiculous. Should've hired me when I applied there. ;D

    • Lucion says:

This is also the Maricopa, AZ store. ZIP code 85139 Make sure this store receives this V.O.C. so they can work on that. I don't know their store number since I didn't get a V.O.C. slip with my receipt either.

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
