    I found an item I wanted o line. my local radio shack was listed as having the product in stock met so I went into the store and met a young man named Chris and he was most helpful. I later purchased a cable but found that I did not need it. I returned with it, dd and He courteously gave me credit for the amount.

    As I said in earlier comments, your store in Bourbonnais should be the model for future stores and
    any others that might be scheduled for remodeling. They carry items you expect to find in an "electronics" store, not just every make of cell phone and communications device known to man.
    I have stopped in your stores from Tinley PK. IL. to Clearwater FL. and the Bourbonnais store is the
    best of the lot, hands down. The staff not only knows what your talking about, they actually know where to find it. They even know what it's used for.

    I recently visited your store in Bourbonnais, IL. and have got to tell you that this store should be the Model for all Radio Shack stores. It's so refreshing to find one that carries more than just cell phones, pagers, and tablets. This is the first Radio Shack I have visited in a long time and was to the point of writing them off as another phone store but that was before we hit Bourbonnais and
    found a real electronics store with switches, transistors, wire, and even solder. The educational kits
    are a great way to teach younger children the workings of many devices without having to get into
    soldering and the mess, the kits can be used on the kitchen table. I hope you will expand your other stores to include this version of the Radio Shack, it's what gave you your start, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Thanks for listening, Fred.

    Purchased an adapter european to us.I needed 6 of them.The price was $10.39 each. Later on went to K mart and got for $3:99 each. I believe that the item was much overpriced.Item #2730362. Service at the store was great and people very knowlegeable about their product

    My shopping experience was very good, I did not know exactly what I was going to need to hook up 2 more, off brand cameras , to my home surveillance system. So I ended up buying extra pieces. The young guy at the store said I could return the items I did not use. It was extra cold this year. I waited till weather permitted. Keeping my bag, and the receipt. When I returned the items tonight. I was told, I was 3 days over when I could get a refund. It does not make me want to return to your store, Sorry

    A sincere note of appreciation for the help given to me by, as I discovered later, a relatively new employee- PATRICK -during the week of Oct. 14th., 2013. I am a senior citizen, new to PC's...and recently new to paying bills on line. I was panic stricken as I could not gain access to my PC, and had a bill to pay within 24 hours! The local PC repair shop "would keep it a couple days", charge me $55. per hour, and spoke as if I might plan on a new PC...AS MINE WAS 3 YEARS OLD! (This scared me to death!) Patrick, at your 14th. St. store in Leesburg, Florida listened to my story and within 10 minutes solved my problem and sent me on my way...far and above the call of duty! I could now pay my bill on time! (...and I will always TOOT THE HORN OF THIS STORE!)

    I have been a Radio Shack customer for 40 years. I will never shop your store again. Ms. Ashley Hamlin at Radio Shack in Arlington, rude, disrespectful and not the least helpful. Your company will go broke with the rest of the no service companies. Probably spent over $100 M, in the past 20 years. Too bad, I'll shop at Fry's now.     I bought a birthday gift cell phone yesterday at Radio Shack near my home. It was difficult to set up and get the phone number registered etc. and I was in a hurry because the birthday party was starting. The two men who waited on me (Shea and Art) offered to finish the setup and bring the phone by my house on their way home. At the store they were wonderful and very knowledgeable and bringing it to me for my 12 year old grandson so he could start school with it was above and beyond. Radio Shack will now be my go-to place. Thank you SO much.

    Returned to Store 018059 to Purchase a Additional handset model D704HS was told not available and probably a discontinued model. Called Clarity and informed had to order elsewhere.
    Sounds like Radio Shack has head up AAAAA This could be reason why Radio Shack is starting to lose customers.
