Store 2330 There was one cashier ringing people up. There was about five of us in line. There was 3 cashiers just standing around didn't seem to be busy doing nothing but ( talking) As you know 6:30am in the morning most of us are going to work. We want to come in and be on our way and not to be ignored. As a former retail Manager for 28 years Customer Service is the Number One priority!!

Every time i go in store 2330 daneele and her team is always smiling and ensuring that all guests is taken care of and also she is one of the many manager that works there that when i come in the store is nice and clean with fresh food she is a awesome manager and also her team
Went to the newly opened Race trac in Port Allen,la. very nice!!!!!!!!!!!! anyway went to purchase a capucciono not in working order/out. the clerk did not say what the problem was did not offer to fill just very rude. that is the reason i quit going because of terrible attitudes brought my business else where. went to the one i believe Slidell excellent customer service very very nice atmosphere. really thought this would be just like them. maybe just maybe for a few days send someone undercover just to see how well they operate. you might be surprised or not. if more big companies would do this things would change. not sure if i will give another chance. but i will say this in the past you guys always had the best Capuccino.YWB

I've become a daily litsneer to the lesser half of the show for a while now. Big fan of Up with Chris, and will buy his book after hearing your interview with him last week.I will need to figure out how to get the better half via Stitcher on my android, but am glad to be contributing to keeping your show on the air. My only concern with the show is that the right gains advantage by the criticism of Obama. I think it is important to qualify the criticism with an acknowledgment of the constraint under which he operates. Looking forward to the better half.

can't find the survey. this is crazy. this is not good for customer relations. you'd better clean this up. fire the person in charge of this.
I live in Banks County Ga. the new store manager of store number 284 is very unfriendly and his new associates as well...I am a Senior Citizen and to go in this store and have to show an I.D. to purchase tobacco products is so unrealistic..this is where common sense is lacking .. was told the new manager tells the employees they have to ask everyone...I find this offensive to have to run back out to my vehicle to show an I.D. and be told I cant purchase the items without an I.D. I am 66 yrs old ....and this is so aggravating that your company makes people that is over 49"s show an I.D. I can go to QT service station and go in the store and be greeted with a friendly "hello" and not be carded to purchase tobacco products..I used to like going in everyday to get coffee and snacks and my gas when you had friendly employees...so my husband and I decided with many of our senior group to go to QT....thank you Mary

I have tried twice to take your survey. It kepts going to this site to tell you how to take it, but does not have a place to take the survey. What happen. I took a survey for EaceTrac 552, several months ago and had no problem, but now all I get is the page on how to take the survey. There is no link to the survey site, the link you have is the link to this page. What happen? It is just like they say, if it an't broke, don;t fix it. What did you do?

RaceTrac84 in Hammond,La is the only place I go to get my cigarettes and lotto tickets.Everyone there is friendly and helpful.
I was at Racetrac 127 - 4201 S. Bowen Rd - Arlington, Tx. 786061 and using pump #4.
I selected the grade I was going to use and took the hose out of the saddle and before I could
even start pumping gas the meter started running. I was charged 0.36 on by debit.
I don't care about the .36 but thought you might want to have that looked at. I did buy gas from
pump 9 and seemed to work ok. (20.13).

Love how the gas prices are lower then the surrounding stations. Very HARD to get in and out of this location. Phone number on receipt is in active.. RACETRAC Gas..
Great experience
I shopped at Office Depot today, got a receipt that asked me to complete a survey to get $10 off my next $50 purchase. Went to the website and couldn't find the survey. This experience gives me a negative feeling toward Office Depot.
