    60/06/2015 6.50pm Sat i went to IMM 01/31 outlet to purchase the combo 3 pieces Tender Sjora
    I was served at 7.06pm. Paid and was told the Sjora will be delivered to my table. She gave me a No: 4 stand board. 7.20pm I finished my 3 pieces of tender but the Sjora wasn't sent to me. I asked the staff who is clearing the table how come it didn't send to me. she told me to wait. 7.30pm i finished all my items i asked her again and she went to collect to me without a straw. I have injured my left leg and was bandage so i asked her to help me to give me the straw she just point to me to get on my own. I was very disappointed as I felt very thirsty after so long wait for the drink to be given to me and also for the staff that cannot even to give the extra mile to help.
