    We got the best service on Sept. 13/16 at your Kelowna Location and would like to commend the whole staff. We had our vehicle cutting out engine power and they tried to help in every way. They couldn't solve our problem but we were so thankful for their efforts. Exemplary service. Thank you very much.

    I took my car to Mr. Lube for an emissions test. A mechanic greeted me at my car, took my keys and drove the car over the pit. He offered me a daily newspaper and a coffee while I waited. He was very cheerful and courteous and completed the work in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive!

    It was nice to go in to have the oil changed in my car and not get pressured into other purchases. The agent was well-mannered, courteous and helpful. The last couple of agents tried scaring me into expensive "flushes" that weren't really required, or affordable. Yesterday, when I left I didn't feel stressed about what else needed to be done.

    Survey Code: 0770618483 - I was extremely satisfied with the service I received today at Mister Lube on Montreal Rd. in Ottawa. The employees are very polite and courteous. I found that everything was explained to me prior to the work that was needed to be completed on my vehicle. I found that the employee was not condescending or was not patronizing me as a female customer. He was very friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. The supervisor came to inquire if the work on my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely matter. I would not hesitate to mention to my lady friends to go and get their vehicle service at Mister Lube. The service I received was Excellent. Keep up the good work ethic.

    I have used Mr. Lube for many years now. I bought a new Ford Taurus and Ford allows me to take my car to Mr. Lube which I appreciate-- oil changes are less there than at Ford by $20.00.I feel rather special as they make you feel good with their service. Always up beat, thorough, fast and appreciate the early mornings paper. Keep me posted what my car needs. The quick oil change is what I love the most!I have had changes done at Airdrie, AB. but mainly at Mr. Lube on 49th St. Red Deer, AB.Keep up the great work.

    I have been taking both my cars to Mr. Lube for a while now. The techs are always polite and welcoming. They do a really good job of keeping me posted of any possible issues with my cars. I plan on continuing to take my current cars and future cars to Mr. Lube for vehicle's fluid maintenance.
    Last week I took my car in for an oil change. While I was there I noticed that Mr. Lube offered headlight lens restoration. Mine were somewhat dull and we were planning a trip that weekend. I asked the tech to clean them up. He did a fantastic job. They looked like brand new lens.
    The guys at the Terry Fox location, in Kanata, do great work and I really enjoy supporting local businesses.

    Hi , mr lube's perfessional service is going down the drain, .Last friday went to your fairly new location tomken and eglington, and after 5 minutes of bullshit,,,,,, LEFT. Lack of profeesional, upselling right from the start, cross selling,,,, ALL I WANT IS A LUBE AND OIL CHANGE,,, Not up selling fro unexperienced people.

    Today went to dundas location, dont know how many people took turns working on my vehicle, when asking questions lied to , or given answers with no absolute, ie what should the oil pressure be in an engine ?????? anwer,,,," between the lines on your gage some where "
    Asked if drive shaft was greased on both ends, " YES YOU HAVE OUR PROFESSIONAL ON IT " SAID THE MANAGER. REALLY ?!?!?-- I PROCLAIMED,,,,, SHOW ME

    THE GUY -- showed me where he had greased both universal joints, after I wiped away the grease,,,, the back one actually unreachable even with the grease device he was using,,, and the front one ,,, the the best story !!!!! showed me where he had greased it ,,,,,,,,,,, and there was NO fuckin nipple.
    SO for the last how many years have i been coming to mr lube,,,,,,,, ummm MR ???? , and thinking my astro work van is being lubed,,, but probally not.
    my invoice number # 2912033 also tire pressur at 38 when should be 35,,,told them just to leave it. tire pressure located inside door jambs on all vehicles,,,, I have never been asked
    By the way the only decent guy that was able to try to help, was the guy from Iraq Yoshoor, proffesional, tenacious, and curtious,,,, the first guy, mr greasy , a Bull shitter.
