4. How to go back to the previous survey page?

I went in to cash a check and had to wait longer that the teller has told me she said 5-10minutes after 15minuets had past I asked for her help. Her response was "well I had some guy yesterday wait 30minuets so" I said well you told me 5-10 to cash it if you would have said 5-30 I would have gone else were. At the point she slide the check out that had already been processed and said then here go elsewhere. I asked her if I would have problems getting it cash she said" yeah I guess" I explained to her I had some were to be that being my son's football practice. At that point she told me to I was Not a good example for my Son, and that I need to shut up so she could cash it. She was holding my money from me so that she could be disrespectful, and used my son as a Target of her anger. Needless to say I'm very upset and will not be back any time to do business.
