    My shopping experience today was very disappointing.I stood in the checkout lane at 4:15pm till 4:35pm.I needed a raincheck and was told to go to customer service,did not leave that area till 5:05pm.Meanwhile I had 4 frozen items in my basket which were thawed out when I got home.The help was nice but I was very upset at all of the waiting time, It took me all of 10 minutes to shop for the 8 items i bought and 45 minutes to leave the store. I will be in no rush to continue to shop at Meijers. Please check into the timing for customer service for improvement. Very unhappy customer today.
