    Was in the Liquorland Store at Hinkler Central Bundaberg on 6 January. I can't speak highly enough of Rebecca. She was the only one in the store and there was a queue. She managed to make up a carton for us as there were none left. She handled everything professionally, was very courteous, knowledgeable and did her job smoothly and efficiently. Need more staff like her, she always smiles and welcomes you in the store.

    The knowledge of the staff members was great. All staff were courteous and helpful, making us feel that our questions were important. The layout of the store is welcoming - not all squashy and locating particular sections is made easy with good signage and shelving not being very high. We could see the whole store from one point. A good range of products as well as good pricing. It was our first visit - we will be back!!

    Getting a little jacked off with Liquorland Mount Pleasant Mackay. I get promotionals with Coles flybuys ,drive to the Mt Pleasant store and there is not any stock. I don't bother any more, Dan Murphys is less than a kilometre down the road. I asked the lovely attendant and she said she has tried explaining to management about stock issues. Idiots..     Am disappointed I no longer receive fly buy points at your renamed Maroochydore store. The latter looks great however and is a definite improvement . Happily,your staff there are as obliging and obliging as ever.

    Why is it that a large Company e.g. Wesfarmers are allowing one only Lady to work on her own - no lunch break, toilet break - just work right through the shift - even to the point of unloading trucks the Store I deal with 3481021510599 - not a very safe area for a Lady on her own! I was in this Store whilst a young Girl was on her own - in came running a local hoon - grabbed 2 bottles of Scotch (when they were on show up the front of the shop) - then out the exit door- into a car with the motor running and left this young Girl and myself in shock! If it can happen in day light I shudder to think what would happen at night?

    Hi, enjoying Noosa and the weather. However I did not enjoy my Liquorland experience. A promotion for $26, including 1 bottle of Matua, plus 2 bottles of counting sheep, plus 1 extra bottle of 900 clouds(part of the promo) The shop keeper Donna, tells me there's no more 900 clouds, therefore I can only get 3 bottles for same price of $26...... nothing as a bonus... I mentioned that if this is the case that there is no more promotion...she became very agitated! stormed to the front of the counter! Ripped the promotion advertising papers, and showed me in a very irrate manner, I quote: " Whilst stock lasts"!!! I told her that if there is more stock, of 900 Clouds wine, then the promo should no longer stand... Am I wrong in assuming this??? Or is Coles totally backed up by lawyers and we can still be taken for a ride as consumers? I did not like my shopping experience at all.. but by all means, if someone can prove me wrong.. or explain.. that woman was so rude and should not be in retail..this is the very first time in my life, that I write a letter of complaint.. Gosh, she got to me with her attitude...

    Margaret River W A. has a new store. The service is fine, with pleasant helpful staff, but the shop is so, so cold. The automatic sliding door is opening and closing continually, because it opens onto a footpath. Even cars driving past activate the door! There must be a way to adjust the door, so that it is not so sensitive. I get very cold in the shop, so can imagine how unpleasant it must be for the staff.

    Li.ving in rural town of Batemans Bay I find that we do not always have same prices or offers as the Sydney stores. That is why Aldi is taking the market some what does not matter your area postcode prices are the same at all their stores, makes sense
