3. Why can’t I continue during my taking a survey?
1) Your device may lose access to the Internet. Check the Internet.
2) There may be a time limit for you to finish the survey and start the survey again. Sometimes, the information printed on your receipt used to take the survey is only one-time and it won’t be valid when you try again. If this happens, contact the customer service to get the problem solved.
3) Always, you are stopped to continue if you are a minor, an employee or a family member of an employee of the company that launches the survey.
4. How to go back to the previous survey page?
1)You can go back by clicking the corresponding button like “Previous” or the Return Arrow in the top left corner of the broswer you are using. Please note that the latter option may sometimes cause your survey page unavailable.
5. How to participate in the sweepstakes?
1) Provide your contact information like your name, email address, phone number and so forth during the survey process for prize notification. Your personal details will be kept confidentially. Learn more by viewing the Survey Sweepstakes Privacy Policy. At the end of the survey, you will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes.
2) Sometimes, mail-in entry to the sweepstakes is available. Hand print the required information on a sheet of paper and mail it to an address offered in the Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules.
6. Why can’t I win a prize?
1) Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants. You can get more chances to win by participating in the Survey sweepstakes as often as possible within the allowable range. For more details, view the Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules.
2) The sweepstakes is not valid in the area you live in. Read the Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules for specific information.
7. How to redeem a prize?
1) If you get a coupon or validation code at the end of a survey, print out the coupon or write down the code on your receipt to redeem for an offer on your next visit.
2) If the prize is cash or merchandise, the merchant will notify you by phone or by email.

As ever this was a happy and helpful experience, this time facilitated very able by the great new manager Terry. ( congratulations to you for finding this great chap) . Service was timely and kindly and the new tyre found to be necessary was put on by Terry himself on the spot, to ensure that all the parts of the MOT were passed on the day which i much appreciated...

Usual excellent service from Philip and his team at Worksop. Needed 4 new tyres for my car and after extensive research on the internet HAC came up offering the best price except for one I found at the last minute who were pennies cheaper. Spoke to Philip and he said no problem and matched the price. I would still have given him the business anyway. Car was booked in for the following day and after an hour and a half they rang me to collect my car with it's new boots on. What more can you ask for?
AA called to my car at approx. 10.30am, snapped suspension. They took my car to Halfords in Keighley at 11.00. I had a phone call about 3.00am to say my car was ready to collect, that's what I call service!! Liam Thomas was the mechanic who dealt with me, I found him helpful and polite, he explained everything to me. I have never used this garage before, but this will be my first choice from now.

Went to Runcorn store with head light out guys sorted it out said bulb was ok loose connection fixed it in a couple of minutes, guy said no charge as no parts used.Billy store manager was very helpful as wear the staff members who served me. So I will be taking my cars to those guys in future(freelander landrover) for my servicing. Great team think it was Martin or Derick who served me 10 out of 10. Thank you.
Salisbury Branch:I need 4 new tyres change . The staff here @Salisbury were both helpful and knowledgable. They kept me up-to-date with the work they were doing to my car ( tyres and tracking) and even gave me free advise on some of the feature in my AUDI A7. The branch is clean with a nice seating lounge. Overall, a very professional and efficient service.will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I have just had my car MOT'd in Southampton. They did a magnificent job unfortunately the same cannot be said for the survey which I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to find let alone complete. I have now run out of patience and you or more pertinently the Southampton workshop will not get a review.

WELL DONE AINTREE! We were deciding whether to keep our car or get another as we enter our retirement era. Servicing at Liverpool Aintree auto centre revealed many things that needed replacement.
