    I shopped at Leamington branch today and was extremely pleased.
    The team of Mandy, Wesley and the branch manager Roberto were able to identify the dip light bulb from data on the computer but they were also able to change it, which on a very complicated Merecedes after ensuring the high voltage could not be accidentally turned on. the whole process took a long time due to its complexity and at each stage I was kept fully informed.
    I must say a very sincere thank you for the effort involved in such a busy shop.

    Adam at the DIDCOT branch was extremely helpful in assisting me when I urgently needed a specific piece of Garmin equipment. As a visitor from South Africa, I was in urgent need of a mounting bracket for a hired GPS. Adam went out of his way to find exactly what I needed, as I was en route to Plymouth for a very special event in my son's career.

    Hi fantastic honest fitting of car seat today,plymouth marsh mills store,Dan helped me with trying seat which was not suitable for the car,good advise and alternative found ,unfortunately it was not available in store Dan tried other stores in area too,I did have to source it somewhere else not halfords fault needed it urgently.
    I will return when grandson number 2 arrives.

    I had a simple battery and alternator change at your branch in Acocks Green. The job went well and was able to pick the car up after a couple of hours but upon driving it, it stalled. So I took it back and was told it was a faulty valve causing the problem and was nothing to do with the work carried out.
    I then took the car to my usual mechanic and he told me that when the battery is disconected the trottle settings needed to be reset.
    Next day back at Halfords the mechanic again assured me that it was not thier fault and the valve needed to be replaced. When I explained what had happened to the Mitsubishi main dealer he agreed with my mechanic. He was good enough to talk me through the resetting procedure which I did sucessfully.
    I WILL NOT BE USING HALFORDS AGAIN

    I would like to thank Jay (cycle manager) of Llanelli branch of Halfords for fitting in a repair on my cycle at short notice and Shane for his efficient and helpful manner in checking my bike. My only negative observation was that Shane was the only assistant/mechanic on duty which led to rather a long wait for me and others. Also 10/10 to the young lad who got my bike in and out of my car! Thanks.

    The service that I received was very good. The assistant that served me was extremely helpful & had an excellent knowledge of the product that I wanted to buy. His name was Colin and I was very impressed.
