    We go to Boston Market a lot and until yesterday, we never had a problem. Your food is good but I don't know if I will ever eat there again. I ordered chicken soup and meatloaf carver. I brought it home and ate it right away. I go so sick in the middle of the night, I was vomiting and had the diarrhea. I threw up all my dinner from Boston Market. I think I got food poisoning. It was the restaurant in West Allis, Wi.

    I enjoy Boston Markets food.Its always convenient and reasonably priced. I like their new menu. I find it very convenient since I am on the road quite a bit. I do find the the service not as good in some places as others but I guess that is to be expected.

    on the said day of 07 march 2015 I was at boston market in Milwaukee wis, store #0762. I stood in line for 1hour and 47 minutes!!! just to get mac n cheese and creamed spinach with my dinners. do you think that's a really wrong record to hold!!! I have had bad experiences with boston market as of late. it used to be my most favorite place to eat. it is no longer. I went to another at one time...and they ran out of cornbread and gave me this little hard roll. im not quite sure whats go n on...but this restaurant has sure slipped of the block. I am saddened by this!

    I attended the Boston market in Middletown store # 1069 and I saw a worker put food that was in a disposable tray back in the serving tray. This is unsanitary. I spoke to manger and I was dismissed. The is poor practice. Is you company more concern about profits then the well being of customers. This can make people sick. Please correct this practice and throw out the food.

    I ordered 2 BLT chicken burgers at store 0382. The meat did not taste like roast chicken. It tasted like boiled chicken. Also, there was cartilage and connective tissue still attached to the meat.

    The sandwich was not pleasing. My wife and I throw them out.

    I continue to return to Boston Market because my initial experience was good. But, recently I have found that some of the vegetables dishes are over cooked; therefore, not pleasant.

    Please review this store and others in the area of Wilmington, De to improve the quality of the food.

    my husband and I got the 1/2 chicken meals for dinner today; and we were both very disappointed in the quality of the chicken. we order from this store very frequently and have always been very satisfied ; however the chicken was very dry and not up to your normal standards. the store we go to is located at 20290 route 19 cranberry twp. pa. 16066 . thank you, Teresa trudeau

    Arriving at Boston Market 451 Franklin Mills Circle today I noticed an employee smoking outside probably on her break with a apron on. After we ordered our lunch your staff brought us cold food when she came out to the area again she offered to warm it up. I saw your employee enter the restaurant have a brief conversation with other staff and then proceeded to the register without washing her hands or changing the apron she had on outside. She began to serve food to incoming customers who had no knowledge that she was outside smoking with the same apron on. Is this how your employees are trained to be unsanitary and unclean with food handling?
