    When I shopped at the Pawleys Island BI-LO Saturday I used my Bank of America Spirit Air credit card. I put it into the credit card machine and it was all in Spanish. Since I do not speak Spanish I did not want to reply si or no. I still think yes and no would be the way to answer if the amount was correct. Also I didn't understand the message in the beginning asking me to wait, I guess. No one knew how to change the machine to English. I was not too happy and I let them know that but all the gentleman did was just push si to end the transaction. Maybe I'm being a little picky but it annoyed me enough to end my shopping there for awhile. One of your employees at that store was there for quite some time and she just retired. Her name was Virginia and she was on customer service and also the register. She was the most helpful worker there for the longest time. Sorry to say that things have changed. Many new faces and not many old faces there anymore. I only shop on weekends so they may still be employees on other days of the week but I don't know. I really think that English should be the top choice of language and if Spanish is needed, someone should know how to bring that up on the credit card machine.

    I have a Bi-Lo bonus card for a senior citizen.
    If senior citizen comes up when my card is scanned, it means I am older than 21.
    It should not be necessary to ask a senior citizen for an ID for buying beer or wine.

    what happened to the price down and staying down.i see the southern homes wings went from the so called prices down staying down from $6.00 to $7.50 a bag,guess that was a bogus scam they pulled.do to that i cut my shopping list by about $50.00 more dollars so hope that wxtra $ 1.50 helped you with someone else.

    Good service and no self service aisles, which I won't use, as I think it is only a matter of time before we have no choice. I have seen customers queueing to use them while express service lanes are available. I feel that that these people are demonstrating to us dummies, how computer savvy they are and don't stop to think that their children may not be able to get part time jobs when they need them in a few years time.

    Early this week i went tought the self service counter i was collecting the storybook thought the twnsville bulletin. I asked the lady(sue) and even though no one told her about them she found the answer and was very helpful she was polite and friendly. it great to see a high standard of customer services i also notice she was help other customer the same way great job Sue

    I shop at BI-LO every week and the shop is always clean and the staff are always ready to answer any questions and if I can't find something then they stop what they are doing and help me locate the item. Sometimes the checkouts are clogged with people but I can appreciate that the staff are going as fast as they can to process everyone.
