Good stuff guys. All very practical stuff that is not hard to pull off. One of the bieggst errors I find is that brands make people run through hoops. Things like submit an essay or create a video of yourself using our product. People have liited time and if the goal is to get more likes that then allow you to communicate and converse on an ongoing basis, short and simple always does better.
I have been going to Big O tires for over 35 years and have always greeted warmly and helped with everything I needed. I went to Big O on North Ave. in Grand Junction CO on July 13th to buy 2 tires. The guy who waited on me, Bryce, has the personality of a rock. He didn't say hello, how are you, or any kind of greeting..just what can I help you with. He should be working in the tire area putting on tires and not with the public in customer service. When I need more tires I'll go to the other Big O store in town.
