Found just the books I was looking for for Christmas. I miss all the other stores that used to be near me...Barnes and Noble, Borders, BDalton etc. Now this is the only book store available. Also the sales people were very helpful
I have been in our BOOKS A MILLION (719 2nd Ave. NW Cullman Al. 35055) on the 11/23/17, and again today (11/27/176) On the 23rd Abbie helped us out sO much (Love this girl, always helpful) and Today Deanna, my fav coffee lady (she always has to help me remember, what it is I drink) Hooked me up đ and Josh helped me find just what I needed to get for our son, for Christmas,..... I could go on, and on about our crew at the Books A Million in Cullman Al. But I can NOT find where I am to put my codes ( todays 0299 )
We had exceptional service from Shaun and Kellie at the Fort Smith, AR store.
Using your website to enter your satisfaction survey was a nightmare. I couldn't easily enter the questions and then finally when I got done, downloading took over 10 minutes, so I had to give up. This needs to be address because you advertise that if you review your experience, you get
$5 off your next purchase of $25 or more and receive chances to win daily cash and other weekly prices. I couldn't get your website to work, so why do you advertise it?
I enjoy going to BAM so much. They have so much variety there for those that don't even enjoy reading like my son. Such a great selection in books!!!

On 28 JAN, my wife and I made a purchase of several books for our newest member of our extended family. We also purchased a few other things. Checking out we had a very nice and caring associate,Martha, at the Spotslvania Mall in Fredericksburg, VA.
I liked the selection of the books that were available in the category that I was looking for, and want to get more of those selections.
At my last purchase I was very satisfied with the service given by Mary. She was very helpful
and also informed me of other benefits given by BAM. May has a very pleasant way of waiting

The lady/Manager at BAM joe Mugs has treated us with no respect. I'm very very disapointed because I love Joe Mugs dearly, but this one in particular lady has treated us afuly I told friends of mine and all of us will not be returning until this one individual will at least be fired.
I do not appreciate this and me,family, and my friends will not be returning until she is fired.
I do not recommend this store to any one until serious changes.

Clerk talked me into buying membership. Told me I could take 10 cash card off membership
and that I get 40% off in store and 80% on line. Then she said I could not use the 10 dollar gift card off membership but I could use it to pay for the 5.95 book. I ask about 40%off and she said oh not on this but other things in store. Very very disappointed you have sale lady be untruthful just to sell a membership.
