Was told I could enter argos survey when I picked up my order. I was given a card telling me what to do. Went on line and trolled through a full page of argos survey links with no joy unless th I s is the correct one. You need to sort this out or stop telling customers to do the survey. Don't even know if this is a scam or genuine.
I purchased an item today in the Fareham, West Street store and was served by Tracy who was very helpful and cautious during the transaction.
I was in the Fareham West Street store on Thursday, 28 Apr 16. The member of staff who assisted me was Linda; she was very knowledgeable on the item I was purchasing and helpful.
Very efficient service during the purchase of a Fellows M-6C.

today at the ayr store customer service was terrible, my order was sitting at the counter for over 7 minutes while the staff chatted amongst themselves I went over and said that my stuff was sitting and had a cheeky little madam say I must have missed my number,,, well no I never, orders well after mine were being shouted and gone whilst nothing else was happening!!!!! then the cheeky member of staff said youll need to wait because your receipt says 10 minutes and you wont get it until then. I asked to speak to a manager and the assistant then went across the floor and I heard them saying not very nice things about me with her back to me!!!! little does she know I have super sensitive hearing clinically diagnosed!!!!!! the supposed manager a female the came over and bit my face off whilst hiding her name badge and leaning over the desk like it was a bar, not very customer friendly at all. In my line of work this is a disciplinary matter!!I used to frequently shop at this argos store but for sure will never be across the door again. Decency goes a long way in the customer service department. I would also have appreciated speaking to the real manager of the store whom I have complemented on many occasions, a male!!!!! Very unsatisfied with the service today expecting apology from store and hoping that staff undergo further customer relations training.!!!!!
I live in Louth, Lincolnshire, where there is an Argos store. I have shopped at the store since it opened. Every time I have used the store I have experienced excellent service, politeness, and willingness to help with my shopping. Until yesterday.
My husband and I went in the store to buy a toaster. I found what I wanted straight away from a brochure on the counter. A young man asked if I needed help. I showed him the picture of the toaster, which was in the store. He then asked if I had Argos card. I told him I used to have but you cancelled it because I hadn't used it for some time. Did I want another one? No thank you. He carried on with ordering the toaster then produced some papers from under the counter. What are these I asked. You asked for an Argos card. No, I don't want one thank you. My husband paid with his card for the toaster. The toaster was being fetched from the store, which when it arrived was the wrong one. I was ready to leave by this point but the transaction had gone through for payment. The right toaster was ordered, my husband went back to the till to have the amount corrected. Another problem arose where the young man found it difficult to complete the transaction between payment, cancellation and new payment.
We walked out eventually with the right toaster wondering if we will ever use the store again.
Sincerely
Susan Langdale

Visited Argos Livingston on 2nd December 2014, helpful and well informed staff, chose my tumble dryer and arranged delivery, all very smooth and a good deal. Many thanks.
I went into Argos today 28 Nov and was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the production of items for customers from ordering at the till to them being ready for collection. I was impressed when sitting waiting and looked up at the screen where the nos. were quickly being dealt with - it was like sitting waiting in an airport departure lounge waiting for a flight!
The staff were polite and patient and were part of an efficient team. It was a nice experience and I bought a Christmas present for a grandchild which I know will be enjoyed - so well done Argos!

Yesterday Sue at the Billingham branch reserved an order for a replacement cordless drill with the Hartlepool branch. The lady that served me (DEE) at Hartlepool could not have been more helpful, she was welcoming, friendly, courteous and very professional in how she dealt with me. I appreciate this and it encourages me to return to this store. I must say that at both the Billingham and Hartlepool branches your staff does you proud, I purchase quite a few items from Argos because I feel you provide good value for money and because I live in Billingham that branch is my nearest store and my favourite followed by Hartlepool. See you on my next visit Thankyou.
I purchased a Cordless drill yesterday my drill bit would not come out of the chuck, I returnd the item and dealt with Sue at the Billingham branch.I got a full refund as the replacement drill was not in stock. Sue reserved the new drill at the Hartlepool branch and told me if a got a new drill bit the store would reimburse me, this I did and got the money I spent on the new drill bit. I must add that Sue put herself out, she couldn't be more helpful and professional, it was a pleasure doing business with her. Well done Sue-Thankyou.

I am very disappointed with Argos store because I bought this model sony Bravia KDL32W705 from the Argos shop because it has Motion rate 400Hz and they gave me KDL32705B...and they say that it was the same.
. And when I looked on the internet model says that this model has motion rate 200Hz.
..Why they said it was the same model if KDL32W705B has 200Hz and not 400Hz????Please help me!!!
