    I usually go to this theater about 6 times a month at different times in a day. what I have noticed is the theaters are not cleaned as well as they use to be. there is food on the floor and on the seats between shows. In the woman's restroom there has been a toilet that has been out of order for 5 months at least. Also there is a big problem [at least I have had several] when people who aren't handicap sit there and get mad if you ask them to move because you need the seat. The staff don't want to do it either but after a while I can get one of them to help. Maybe they need to hire more people to cover these areas, I don't know. Buying the ticket out front is always pleasant. the handicap door button needs repairing, it has not worked in months and the door is heavy for some.

    I lost my ticket stub so can't enter my comment in the survey but I only want to share my experience today. I'm not concerned with the sweepstakes. After three very long work weeks my husband and I took the day off to relax and decided to watch a movie. We have lots of theatre choices but chose to go to your dine in theater in Grapevine Mills. We have gone here plenty of times with and without our children. Today we went to the early show and therefore had the theatre to ourselves. The waiter took a little longer to come take our order but that didn't matter. When he brought our drinks he poured the coke on my husband and our two iPhones. Luckily they were in otter boxes and not damaged. His shorts were soaked and still wet when the movie was over. The waiter was slow to go get a damp towel and looked more confused than concerned with making it right. My husband is much nicer than me and didn't over react. It's been many years since I worked in food service, but knowing we paid a premium to watch the movie in your theater I would have thought things would have been addressed differently. I never leave a bad tip but since not even the soda that was spilled was comped I took it out of his tip. While the fault was all his, I must say my choice theater will probably be influenced by this experience.
