  1. Richard says:

Had a nice meal with some lovely company. The food menu had good options and pricing. The only down side the lighting was a little bright in the conservatory area, could be a cosy area with dimmable lighting. Would be nice to return to the Clock Tower Cheltenham again. Recommend.

  2. ADRIAN BEET says:

We went to the Bootle Arms for a treat but were very disappointed!
My other half had the pulled pork dish and I had the Chicken & Ribs the meal was cold and the serving minuscule, the staff were friendly, we were served by Ellie she asked is everything was ok I replied well ok but nothing special! I really wanted to say something more but did not want
    to upset my partner!
Its such a shame the chicken was the smallest piece ever and the ribs were just awful, not much meat just fat and not really edible!
My partners meal looked awful too although she said it was ok i can tell when she is just being polite!
A real shame because the venue is nice and we really thought we would receive good food and value, what a let down
What do we tell our family and friends???

  3. Marilyn mutu says:

We visited kiln pottery at Witham on Sunday, we had the two for one must say my partner had the rump steak the portion size was very small I had to give him some of my chips and rib's to fill him up, the lady that served us Nicky was very pleasant and friendly, we have been here before and had a better meal's perhaps it was a different chief.

  4. Barrie Evans says:

steak very tough, chips were cold, meal was replaced by another which then was delicous

  5. Brenda Lidbetter says:

Today a party of 8 went to the LONGSHAW at Shoreham 7 of our meals were really good .my daughter ordered the triple cooked Belly pork it was disgusting one lump of pork FAT chips that were cold and a dried up sweet corn. could not believe the chef would let it leave the kitchen when she sent it back she ordered a different dish this was fine,

  6. Patricia Barker says:

We were served in Gainsborough at the Otter by Heidi. She was a very helpful waitress, friendly and happily explained the 2 for 1 system. The steaks were great and the chicken meal ok too but the pizza was really awful!!!!! If you go for food try anything else as they cannot make a decent pizza and the price of £14.45 for Herd it all Pizza was extortionate! The restaurant was clean, smart and comfortable, staff friendly and other meals excellent. Pizza chef needs to go on a cooking course asp. Shame as spoiled our visit.

  7. john says:

  8. Harris says:

We were served by Ryan who was very attentive. We both enjoyed our meals. We are regular customers at the Hollow Tree Bradley Stoke.

went the cotton mill wed at half term at 1oclock it was very busy but Amy our server got us a table for 4 straight away. the meal was very good. the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this eatery

  12. Steve says:

We pre booked the table for a 90 birthday celebration in Swindon at the bayberry. On Thursday 23rd February. ordered our food with the server pam Hawkins. She was very polite and told us that there might be a delay on food about 40 mins .we were happy with that but after waiting an hour and a half before we got hour food .well what can I say I think the chef just couldn't cope . I think maybe it was a new chef ?. But then to top it off the quiz night started. Very loud. Which we would have missed if there wasn't a long wait for our food. . All in all just not good. Steve

  13. sylvia catchpole says:

  14. mike Moore says:

Four adults including a retired Marston's Licensee and a retired Marston's chef came in about 6.30. pub quiet. Two steak and salad and two steak meals ordered. No Ribeye available so settled for the 2x rump and 2x sirloin. Steaks excellent quality and cooked to the level requested and commented on as such . Slight change of vegetable sides not a problem. However the normal prawn skewers not available ( again ) and declined offer of cold ones. very well explained with apologies by Sian. Hobgoblin and 49er were as they ought to be. Happy once again thank you

  15. Steve Abson says:

Went to the Red Kite in Caerphilly, we were served by Jodie and Becky who were both attentive and helpful. However my wife and I both had a bacon and Brie burger. Both were very over cooked and the bread bun was poor standard. The chips were under cooked and also poor quality. Overall not an enjoyable meal.

  16. James Green says:

    Well done to all.

  27. Aidan Brown says:

A very pleasant evening. The ambience in the Cherry Laurel was light and cheerful. quite will attended but this didn't seem to cause any problem for the staff. A visit from the Manager was also a very nice touch.
The service was very quick and professional and out table waitress Lauren was very attentive and had all the answers to our questions. She also had a very pleasant personality.
The food was at a perfect temperature and presented attractively. The curries we had were tasty and flavoursome.
We had intended to be a foursome tonight but our friends had to cry off due to late information unfortunately, nonetheless, a very enjoyable evening all round.
    Thanks.

  32. Jacqueline Molloy says:

Had a lovely meal and sweet at the Water Meadow, Melksham on Monday evening March 28th. This pub had only been open since 14th March so all very new. One of the best pizzas I've ever had and afters was to die for. Only issue was the service and time to wait for meals. our Server was Kayleigh a very pleasant and friendly girl who did her best but she was rushed off her feet as it seemed no assistant in her area.
Maybe extra staff at busy times. We will go again as food was fabulous as mentioned, next time we shall book and maybe time and staff will improve service. I'm aware they are all still in a leaning curve.

After getting a receipt with a survey invitation or a survey invitation card, you have a chance to take an online survey to give your feedback based on your shopping experience. Here are some useful tips for you to complete a survey and win big prizes.

1. Take care of your store receipt.

Many store surveys require receipt information, so you need to keep it safe after shopping or dining. The details about your purchase are presented on the receipt, such as the date and time of your visit, store number, survey code and so forth. The information is very important if you decide to take this survey. In addition, a coupon or validation code is sometimes offered as a thank-you gift for your feedback at the end of a survey. And you need to write it down on your receipt for the offer on your next visit.

2. Check the survey URL.

Prior to inputting the survey URL printed on your receipt into the required field of a browser or a search engine, please check it carefully as it sometimes may be long and complex. An incorrect survey URL will not bring you to the survey page.

3. Give honest feedback.

Companies roll out surveys to collect you customers’ feedback so that they can provide better products and services. Your candid evaluation will help them do better. Read questions carefully and answer the questions based on your own experience to give useful suggestions.

4. Read sweepstakes terms and rules.

Usually, as an encouragement for you to express opinions, you can be entered into a sweepstakes at the end of a survey. You are highly suggested to read the sweepstakes rules carefully to make sure you are doing the right thing. The rules will show you eligibility requirements, survey expiration date, guidance about how to get a prize and more. In short, many details in the Terms and Rules deserve your attention. One thing to note is that the link to the rules is not in an obvious position and you always can find it in the bottom of the survey page.

5. Provide correct contact information.

Some surveys require you to offer your personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, etc. The contact details will be used to notify you once you have won the sweepstakes prize. Your information will be kept confidentially. If you still have concerns, please read the privacy policy before taking each survey.

6. Keep contacted with stores.

Some surveys will ask you whether you would like to be contacted to receive the latest promotional information and surveys. You are suggested to choose to keep in touch with the merchants because they will send you some useful information on promotions, coupons and new surveys. With these information, you can save more and get more chances to win big prizes.
