    Tried to go online and fill out the survey, couldn't get in the site. Love triple O, the #206 location is awesome. I've been twice, and each time great hot food, fast service, great smiles and customer service.

    Went to TOs last week for dinner with family. Lady accidentally gave us an extra burger. Once she realized this, she can to our table asked if we received an extra burger, I said yes, so she said sorry, grabbed it off of my tray and threw it in the garage(which is attached to a compost), our jaws dropped. When asked why, she said it was policy. Is policy food waste and personal space invasion too?

    I recently visited drive thru triple o #531 Courtenay. The girl at the window was very courteous and asked me if I would like to try the new chicken burger. I declined as I knew what my order was to be before I came. She was quick and my food was very fresh and very hot. Great French fries.

    Walked into Triple O's on United Blvd in Coquitlam. Cashier Paula was very helpful, cheerfull and speedy. She greeted me right away, explained my order and directed me to the pick up process. Great employee and great service.

    Went to Triple O #0571 Surrey. The burger patty was really dried out like it had been cooked much earlier and left sitting around. Usually I really like Triple O, which is why I chose to go there. Hope this is not the new standard at this location.

    This is best burger i have met.those beef burgers are pretty much juice . And this location is really cozy nearby the kistlano beach .I must walk around there after we all ate yummy meal at triple o's. Hope triple o' is tend to ordering online for delivering food in our location .

    We were at Triple o 22284 Lougheed highway on Nov 21 2017. we ordered two butter chicken combos. it was really delicious. Place was clean and tidy service was fast and friendly, food was hot, bacon was nicely fried. Extremely satisfactory. thumbs up.

    We were at the Hope Triple O Restaurant on October 27th and was very disappointed with our lunch. Before I left the building with my order I opened the bag to make sure that the fries were in the bag. I saw a couple packs of ketchup so shut the bag and headed out to my truck. When we started to pull our lunch out of the bag I realized that the fries were NOT in the bag so went back inside. I explained that we did not receive the fries that we had paid for and was shocked that I didn't get an apology. The person at the till treated me like I was wasting his time. When I took my first bite of my burger my disappointment increased because it was very short of sauce and not even close to being hot. We will NEVER return to this location again. Terrible service and terrible food.

    This would be the second time my wife's order was almost cold not much heat applied. The restaurant was not cleaned very well. I was not impressed. This is a helpful note to you. I am not looking for anything for this comment. It's to inform you your product and service needs some work. We will not be returning. The burger my wife had was very dry, I had the impression it was sitting there for some time before being served, it had no pickle on it. And mine had no tomato, the sauce was dripping out the sides profusely. We were at the time the only customers there. My disappointment cannot be exaggerated!

    We recently visited the Triple O #520 in Hope BC. We have not eaten at one of your locations before. The food was very good. Some of the best onion rings we have had.

    The negative at this location was the sales approach. Having not eaten at a Triple O before we were not familiar with the menu. ( 6 oz upgrade )
    I do not know if it is a sales tactic, but when we ordered the lady taking our order asked us if the " 6 oz is OK? ". We just assumed this was the standard not giving it much thought. Even when my husband ordered a dbl combo she asked " is the 6 oz OK?" My husband replied, yes if that is your regular size. All 3 ordered were the 6 oz ( upgrade )

    We found this kind of a sneaky approach to upsizing orders. Once we received our food we realized the 6 oz is quite large! While eating our meal this same approach was used on all customers.

    Maybe this is how sales staff is trained at all your locations, but we did not feel it was an honest way to up sell. When we saw the receipt after our meal we saw the price was not what was showing on the menu. If we watched the flashing line on the bottom long enough we saw how the 6 oz was an upgrade for an additional price.

    If this is not a franchise selling technique it would explain why sales of this location are higher as they up sell their customers in a way that is not clear. I guarantee they would not sell as many upgrades if they were honest and asked if you prefer the reg or 6 oz.

    Our bill came to $39.24 for 2 combos and a burger, which I found a bit high at time of order and it made sense once we got our meal and looked closer at our receipt.

    Your survey timed out and wouldn't let me complete it. As for White Spot in general? I've been eating there since 1947. That should give you a hint as to what I think of the place.

    I just want you to know since the Whatcom Rd location in Abbotsford wants their employees to act like any extra BBQ sauce will be coming out of their own pocket if they don't charge for it and then give me something completely different after charging me, from now on when I order my food to make up the difference I will be taking as many complementary items as humanly possible. Extra napkins, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, forks, knives... etc. I can only hope that others will join this movement to put an end to charging extra for sauce. We have strength in numbers people!! Join me in the fight against this unnecessary sauce tax!!

    Filled out your survey Triple O #210 Receipt # 2280814, NO COUPON. Totally disappointed. This was for the Duncan BC location.

    Wish I had kept an earlier receipt for the Nanoose BC location. Will never return to this location. The washroom facilities were disgustingly filthy.

    We waited a ridiculously long time for food. People going through the drive through seemed to behave priority over guests inside. We are currently sitting at 15 minutes for one kids hamburger. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
    I don't understand what is taking so long.... There is only knew other guest in the restaurant.
    Not impressed!!!

    The food is usually great but not this time..been going to White Spot for probably 50 years then Triple O this time the monty mushroom burger tasted burned and the fries were soo salty i couldnt eat them, will not go back

    I have had many white spot visits. After you complete one survey for a $2 coupon you cannot enter any more receipts as the restaurant store # is always highlighted as wrong. I have been through this before with White Spot and have lost the opportunity of getting a $2 coupon for the many other visits I have had. This is wrong. I go to White Spot at least once or twice a week and have lost at least 48 chances of getting a coupon in the last year.

    Your survey is exceptionally stupid as it will not accept my email address which I have been using for 15 years. How ridiculous is that? Plus, you ask too many personal questions and your products are grossly overpriced. I also know you never give out any weekly or monthly prizes, it's all BS.
