    I have been a steady customer at Sonnys for years, and presently eat at least weekly at the store on University Blvd. in Winter Park. 3 of the last 5 visits at this location I have ordered sliced pork, and was told they were out. 2 of the visits were in the evening and yesterday's was at noon. What is wrong here? This is a BBQ restaurant and sliced pork is the staple of BBQ! I shall make it a point to call in the future, but I find this solution to be cumbersome at best!! Other than this minor detail, all is well with Sonny's!!

    I tried to do the customer satisfaction survey to get the free pork sandwich. The survey asks for a 15 digit code at the bottom of my receipt. There is no 15 digit code. I have a 6 digit code!

    They left my $3,79 Fried Okra order out !
    When I got home and checked my order the one thing I wanted most was not in my bag! This is ridiculous! This is the 3rd time this has happen to me and I am pretty upset with your service at the 2250 Hwy 71, Marianna FL 32446 location. I called back and was only offered a credit for the okra on my next visit! Really, you owe me that! Please can your business trained these little cute faces at the window to get the order right. Yes right every time! Not satisfied at all!

    Brittany of the sonny`s in bushnell, Fl is the greatest waitress I have ever met. She knows the menu inside and out. she is as quick as a bunny delivering food to your table or taking your order. she always checks to see if everything is satisfactory. I prefer her as my waitress whenever I frequent that store which is 4/5 times a week....Me, being single, finds cooking for one is too time consuming. Sonnys dishes are always tasting like its home cooked.....you have a customer for life.............YAY.SONNYS

    Tried to fill out your survey that was printed on the receiet I received from my order on 03/07-15 store number 122 203 000 077 013 in Winter Have Florida. Everytime I try to do the survey it doesn't work! I think this is a SCAM!!!!!! The service was poor, the people didn't care, attitude was very lousey, and the food was simply CRAP!!!!! By filling this out I know I will not get an answer either which will prove this is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By reviewing the Posting I see others are having the same problem.. SONNY'S SUCKS!!!!!!!

    I am having difficulty getting to the link to rate our local Sonny's! I keep getting re-routed back to this website. We eat at Sonny's about once a week and have thoroughly enjoyed it for years! I just wish I could get the free sandwich promised!

    Good portion size of pulled pork, mac & cheese and broccoli. However, the pork and veggies were barely lukewarm. I thought they should be hotter. Also, could you please consider offering REAL BUTTER to your patrons. Just can't deal with all that hydrogenated oil.
