    I have had very good service from the manger July she as gone out and over to get the roman blinds if there was more mangers like her it would make people go back at a lot of stores the mangers look down on customer's but not July she did ever thing she could foe me I can not parse her enough some of your story's I rang there manger would not send me them even when I offered to pay for them and the post A BIG THANK TO JULY

    I would like to say that Dunelm is a store which seems to have everything you possibly need to furnish and kit out your home . The staff are always extremely polite and helpful even on the busiest of days .

    I enjoyed my last visit to shop at Dunelm with my family who purchased several items including a great roller blind . I purchased a small gift for my Granddaughter who also loves shopping for many items she uses at school .

    I do not eat in the café anymore as I find that seats are placed too close to the toilet area which I find is rather off putting !

    visited Dunelm café this morning and bought 2 hot drinks a piece of cake and a toasted tea bread.I was extremely disappointed at the 10 minute wait for the toasted teacake.People behind us in the queue had 4 bacon baps so in the end I asked the waiter how long my teabread would be.He told me it was on its way.I was just about to go to the counter to get my money back and it arrived.In this time my pot of tea had got cold.I would give way if the café was busy at that time but it was quiet.I visit the café regularly and never had to wait so long before.

    Visited the Uddingston Branch, i was returning a product that developed a fault, buying other things. Sadie, the employee who dealt with me was extremely helpful and friendly, although was very busy with long lines of people waiting to pay for their goods. Was a joy to shop in the store the staff are willing to go that extra mile for there customers.

    badly needed a kitchen table ,saw the exact one I was looking for in my local branch in Kilmarnock sadly they only had the display model left .no problem ,lady I spoke to said more were coming in .next day I phoned up to see when they would be getting a delivery.surprise surprise they had just arrived and she assured me that they would keep the said table and chairs at the customer desk for me to pick up that day .what would I have done if I hadn't got the fantastic table from this brilliant store .kudos to all at the Kilmarnock store .
