    November 13th 2015.Took 23 guests to Roman Way Newark for our 50th wedding anniversary.All meals were booked in advance. All differed. We had a small room all to ourselves, a large bunch of gold balloons were on the table and wine waiting in the ice bucket. Greeted by a friendly waiter, shown to room and starters arrived shortly. Rest of food at reasonable intervals. From start to finish an excellent service. Go there often anyway. Our thanks to all the staff on our day.

    I was delighted to receive such friendly and efficient service from the staff at the Brickfields in Folkestone during my stay at the Premier Inn. Coupled with good food the experience was extremely pleasant and next time I am in Folkestone I will definitely be staying at the Premier Inn.

    3rd Sept 2015 The Water Bridge Uttoxeter. The worst service in any restaurant I have ever visited. Arrived 1905 drinks ordered at 1910 food ordered at 1915. drinks arrived promptly. At 1935 had to ask waitress "where are our starters?" She went to the kitchen and returned with the starters. The toast with the Pate was cold and slightly burned (Mentioned this to waitress). 2010 (almost 1 hour after arriving) had to ask about main course. Again waitress went to kitchen and returned with meals. The veg pie was burnt, crust could not be cut with a knife. Promptly told waitress who offered to replace the pie. (And what wait another 30 mins) My wife eat her meal and we asked for the bill. We were told I would not be charged for the veg pie or my starter. Promptly paid the bill and left. 90 mins in the place and all I managed to receive was a J2O. Although I live in Uttoxeter I will not visit this place or recommend to others.

    We arrived at 4.00pm and ordered 2 starters, Main course of 1 Sunday lunch and 1 Steak and Merlot pie. We waited for 1o minutes when the waiter informed us there was no Sunday lunch left, so a curry was ordered instead. We then waited another 20 minutes only to be informed by the waiter that the starters had not been ordered, but the main courses was ready and asked us what we preferred to do. We asked for our main course and to forget the starters. We were offered free deserts instead.

    The curry was fine, but the pie was very poor-small pie- crusty very hard... Very little gravy, but we asked for more and this came. We asked for 2 Eton Mess as deserts and after 10 minutes the waiter came and informed us that that they had run out. We ordered 2 more sweets- one was the apple crumble and custard with it topping. Plenty of oat topping and the custard was thick and didn't cover half the top of the small crumble. We also had a free top up of a soft drink. This took 20 mins to come . The excuse was the barman was busy, (but the restaurant wasn't ). By is time we had had our meal and was ready to go....... Not a good experience and one to miss. Never again

    We arrived at 8.15pm and told that we would have to wait until 8.45pm. Our table was ready at 9.20pm and our main course (too late for starters) was ordered at 9.35pm. Two of the party wanted salmon which was not available and so Fish & Chips was ordered for 3 and the fourth was scampiu. The food arrived at 9.50pm without lemon or Tartare for the fish. There appeared to be lack of staff Our waitress, who was doing her best, was new to the job and was looking after too many tables. We asked to see the Duty manager who had a couldn't care less attitude and it wasn't until we asked what she was doing about it that she refunded one main course.     I was disappointed at the time we had to wait between ordering and the arrival of the meal.The food was delicious but unfortunately we had to cancel the sweet due to the long delays.

    I went with four friends to Tabletable Herne Bay on Sat.8th August. The quality of service fell far short of what we have come to expect. It took the best part of half an hour for 'starters' to arrive (which was a simple Prawn cocktail x 4) and after close on an hour we were still sitting with empty 'starters' plates in front of us.
    It just seemed that the management didn't have enough staff on duty for a Saturday evening - which happened to be a very popular Carnival Day.
    On Monday 10th. I submitted a Feedback and have since then heard not a thing ! Do you only respond to those complimenting the service ?
    I am very disappointed.

    charlott tryed but no good order our food two had currys as they was walking back with a spoons
    ben said you can not take to the table how can we eat curry without a spoon this person wants to go back training food cold & paying to park your car so you can eat

    Have eaten at quite a few TableTable restaurants. Paul Pry has one waitress, Janet, who is always extremely pleasant, and makes you welcome. One wee niggle, the restaurant could do with a duster being run over the shelves!!!

    Waiter extremely helpful. Rushed off his feet due to shortage of staff in kitchen and restaurant, so meals were delayed. Main meal very good, however desert ice cream was soft and runny and warm. Have been customer since opened.

    The service we received here was disgusting. We waited over 20 minutes to be served and then waited 24 minutes before the drinks arrived at the table. The food was mediocre and then we were presented with the wrong bill. After telling the staff we had the wrong bill it was re-printed twice more before it became anywhere near correct. If you want an enjoyable night out DO NOT go to this place!!!!

    our recent visit to the smugglers retreat was very dis appointing very poor choice of main meals and we left hungry children seemed to have a much better choice then us we wished we had gone to macdonalds which is opposite we also had to wait ages for our meal on our last visit there was no tartare sauce to go with the fish and chips we certainly will not be going to any table table resturants in the future could not get through on the feedback .co.uk i wonder why ???

    Dear Sir/Mada
    After visiting Table table yesterday 18 november,for my birthday to which i booked for 12-45,i was shown to my table by someone who was not it seen to be very intrested in her job.We were given a menu and drink order was taken. it was fifteen minuets later when our order was taken and anothertwenty five minuets before we had our starters.then our main course arrived, my wifes steak was over cooked and so was my t-bone steak, not very impressed ...We have used this restuarant many times before and have allways been very happy to go there. I will visit it again and hope we will see a vast improvement in serice and attitude. I look forward to your reply, Thankyou.

    Visited The John Milne, Milnrow, Rochdale with Granddaughter. Served by Lauren who made us very welcome, and was very kind and conversational with my Granddaughter which made our visit very relaxed. We have eaten here before and found the staff very friendly, patient, and welcoming.
    We will be back again. Elysia my Granddaughter says its "her favourite place"

    I visited lockyers Quay on Monday the 7th July 2014,and I must admit the service was appalling,I waited at the reception desk for 10 minutes and nobody came near me in the end I walked up to the bar area where someone did greet us and showed us to our table and took our order for drinks,after a time the girl came up to us and took our order for food,and alas it took us an hour to get our food and the place wasn't very busy,not impressed,the girl must have gone off shift by then and a man eventually came to us and we ordered our sweet,half an hour later it was served to us,again,not impressed,and alas when it came to pay the bill it took another 20 minutes and guess what,they took my reward card and I never got it back,but I must say I am not too disappointed about the reward card,as I don't think I will be dining there again,I regret to say this because the food is very good for the price I just expected better service,that's better now I have got that off my chest,yours sincerely,W.Brown

    my wife and I visited your Ramsgate restaurant on the 08/07/14..
    im sorry to say the service was just the worse I have seen....it took a 1/2 a hour to receive our food.....even then I had to ask someone where is the food....
    it wasn't busy at all,, there was only about 4 tables used at that time....
    the waitress was hopeless the food was horried and to top it all the bill came to £34.04...for what I have to say......
    then when i paid the bill the waitress just gave me the visa debit receipt and not the bill so i couldn't go on to your survey.....
    sorry don't think i will visit that restaurant or any other table table if that's the type of service i will get.....just not happy at all...
