    I placed an order with Staples For over $200.00, on Monday Feb 17, 2014, to be delivered on Tuesday. It arrived on Wed Feb 19 at 6: PM. I waited for the order all day Tuesday without a call why my order did not arrive on the day and time Staples said it would. They told me a delivery would take place between the hours of 9AM to 5PM. I am Handicap and have difficulty in walking and this is why I wanted the ordered delivered to my home. UPS Delivered the order and left it outside by the garage in the rain. I am home all the time as I said I'm handicap and UPS had the nerve to leave the order without at least ringing the doorbell. I am Very mad at both Staples for lying to me and UPS for plopping the order in the rain by the garage door.

    The employee was fairly new, but it was obivious he had been trained well. He checked me out plus placed a mail order for me. The order was recieved on the date it was promised. Staples exceed my expectations on this visit!

    We used to drive 25 miles just to shop with you now we live 8 miles from your store here... I tried to do this entry survey but missed the date as it is the 6th today. Sorry, would have loved to have entered it too. We purchased all our office furniture from you two years ago and still very happy with our choices. Keep up the good sales and I am now looking for another high back Burgandy leather Tufted one as I gave mine to my husband's office.     I WENT TO THE STAPLES IN SOUTH PHILADELPHIA, PA NEAR COLUMBUS BOULEVARD AND REED STREET. I NEEDED TONER FOR AN OLDER CANNON I-90 PRINTER. THE WOMAN WHO WAS WORKING THE REGISTER TOLD ME STAPLES DIDN'T SELL THE TONER ANYMORE BUT ANOTHER STAPLES EMPLOYEE OVERHEARD MY QUESTION. HE TOOK THE OLD CONTAINER I BROUGHT INTO THE STORE AND RAN WHAT I BELIEVE HE CALLED A UPC CODE THROUGH THE STAPLES COMPUTER. HE SAID THE ITEMS I NEEDED WERE NOT ON THE SHELF BUT COULD BE ORDERED THROUGH STAPLES ONLINE SERVICES. HE DIDNT LEAVE IT AT THAT BUT WALKED ME OVER TO THE STORE COMPUTER AND PUNCHED IN THE NUMBERS FOR THE UPC CODE FOR THE ITEMS I WANTED. HE WALKED ME THROUGH HOW TO ORDER THEM SO THEY WOULD BE SHIPPED TO MY HOME. I PAID FOR THE ITEMS AT THE STORE AND THEY WERE SHIPPED TO MY HOME IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS. THIS WAS A GREAT CONVENIENCE AND TIME SAVER FOR ME BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE TO FIND THE ITEMS NOR DID I HAVE TO RETURN TO THE STAPLES STORE TO RETREIVE THEM.     I have never had bad service from Staples. They are always helpful.
    My only problem has been getting my rewards credited when I order something. I do not fillout the form correctly I guess but I do get my rewards credited in the end. Thank You
