    I visit Old Navy for my granddaughter, she is going to be 10 and whenever she is in need of clothing I go to our local store. The staff is very helpful and courteous and I never have to wait in long lines. When its school time I always count on finding her uniforms there and at a reasonable price.

    Everytime I visit old Navy the long lines are a turnoff and the cashiers have no urgency whatsoever!!They take their time and waste time.The sign says sold tees are 50% off.I get to the cashier and two of my tees are ringing up at $15 each.So much for a sale so trying to figure out what's for sale is like pulling teeth.What a shame.Also, there is NEVER any workers in the store to help you find anything.This is the situation in Flatbush near Staples and the Old Navy on Jamaica Ave in Queens.Not worth it!

    Horrible experience old Navy had a sale up to 50% entire summer attire and 1 dollar slippers solid colors ok cool you get to the counter and find out not all the solid colors were on sale even tho the sign was by all of them they also had sale signs by thing that were not on sale like WTF than the cashiers had the nerve to get mad well if they would have made sure things were in the rite place that wouldn't have that problem 😑
