    Regularly shop at the Teignmouth Superdrug store where I find the staff to be always very helpful and accommodating. Am a loyalty card holder. Shop promotions and discount offers give excellent purchase opportunities.

    In particular a shop assistant called Nancy - really nice Scottish lady - always ready to exchange friendly banter and extremely pleasant to deal with!

    I am very pleased with the cruelty-free own brand products you sell, yesterday I bought the Coconut Water shampoo and conditioner, they make my hair and scalp feel lovely. I also bought your toothpaste for sensitive teeth which is very good. As a vegetarian and someone who feels very strongly about animal testing it is very reassuring to be able to shop in your store, I shop in the Wells, Somerset branch and the staff are lovely, friendly and always helpful. Any chance of you opening a branch in Clarks Village (near where I live)?

    I love shopping for make up and looking at all the new make up products but I find that the staff are very rude and offensively impolite. They are not happy or welcoming and do not wish to help the customer. The staff tend to go for the easy option and give a simple answer instead of offering other suggestions. I was once in Superdrug when the shop was about to close and the staff were forcing me to get out of the shop. Several people approached me and were rudely forcing me to get out the of the shop. There is also one member of staff who I find to be quite racist, she is never polite .

    I bought your microporous tape, 2.5 cm x 5m 0267 3844.
    I use a small amount every day and have been using some which must be about 20 years old, make unknown. The adhesive is perfectly satisfactory, whereas yours won't adhere properly. It's not that you've had to change for health reasons, because the new Boot's tape is satisfactory. I don't want a refund or replacement, unless of satisfactory adhesive.
