2) There may be a time limit for you to finish the survey and start the survey again. Sometimes, the information printed on your receipt used to take the survey is only one-time and it won’t be valid when you try again. If this happens, contact the customer service to get the problem solved.

4. How to go back to the previous survey page?

I love your coffee - but ONLY the "Blonde" brew - Now I find you don't serve the "Blonde" brew after 12 Noon (and at another place 11 A.M.) - One place told me THE REASON IS because it has too much caffaine in it.... WELL - who worries about Caffaine at 12 in the afternoon.
I hope you will change your policy and start serving the "Blonde" brew AFTER NOON---- THAT's the only brew I like.

I love the cool, creative atmosphere that is Starbucks. My idea is to incorporate poetry into ypur stores. Your clientele is culturally diverse, eclectic and exciting. Why not let their creative voices be heard and published or painted on the walls of your stores. It is another way for the customer to take a proud ownership of the Starbucks vibe. You could have a semiannual contest and give prizes. You could then post or paint the winning selections in your stores. I am a published poet, and I believe that poetry, like the Starbucks concept, transcends the the ordinary.
