I was visiting the 4919 Flatshoals Parkway, Decatur starbucks inside Kroger supermarket. I ordered three Pike coffees and some pastries and was extremely disappointed. I have traveled throughout the U.S. and had coffee at starbucks, but this experience was aweful. The coffee was watered down, there was no sugar packets or half and half available. I had to ask for the cream.
I spent over 13 dollars and was dissatisfied. I am sorry I took visitors to that location. Please do not buy coffee there. Also only two girls behind the counter and none of the pastries were on display.

I just had a horrible time at the Detroit Airport Concourse B/C. The girl waiting on people was wearing a dirty shirt, and I have never scene anyone move so slow in my life. I waited for her to pore 3 cups of coffee on one order, she pored one at a time and carried each one over one at a time. I waited 15 minutes to get two chai lattes. I ordered one with almond milk and it took her forever to determine that they were out of almond milk. She made one chai latte and I decided to just cancel my order. No apology was offered and I told her that I have never ever waited for a drink at Starbucks this long ever. She moved like a turtle. I will not go back until this problem is resolved. I have been a gold card holder for many years, but this experience has changed my mind about ordering a drink from a vender Starbucks ever again. Please correct this problem. I did contact Host and filed a complaint. My gold card # is 6058202909944680.

I had a Starbuck's Latte at Fred Meyer's and Perry is always great. He even knows what I like and I don't even have to tell him what I want.

Haven't submitted a survey for quite awhile however am once again very frustrated because site does not accept the survey code number on my receipt. This has happened several times in the past, even when attempted weeks apart. Seems the first group of 6 numbers is the issue.

Alliyah was very friendly but unfortunately working all by herself. This location needs more than 1 person at the kiosk to maintain consistent customer service. She was all smiles and made my green tea perfect. Tried to take your survey several times but stated "invalid survey code." If you want feedback, make it accessible.

I tried to take the short survey that was listed on my receipt but received a message that my survey code was invalid. Tried several times to make sure everything was correct and it failed each time with the same message. "Please enter a valid survey code (no spaces) from your receipt". Also, the first time I went to http://www.starbuck-visit.com I ended up on a site that had nothing to do with Starbucks. What do I need do be allowed to enter the survey? My Survey Code is "620058-38-25-630" - I didn't use the dashes or spaces when I entered the code. My visit date was 8/24/2015 at 08:54 AM. This was at a new store inside of a King Soopers grocery store in Colorado Springs, CO
Your customer survey is impossible to complete. It is difficult to find the survey site and when you finally do, it does not accept the Customer Code provided in the shop. A complete waste of my time !!
Can you please explain to me why I cannot "simply" get to the surveys site? All I want to do is fill out the survey so I can get $1.00 on my next purchase. I type in http://www.starbucks-visit.com just like on the receipt and I get "mystarbucks" or "security problems with web site" or some other run around. I just want to spend less that 20 minutes trying to get to the survey form. Why can you type not the correct information on the receipt? Just wondering. It appears I am not the first person having this problem. And while I have your attention could you either change your lids or instruct your employees as to the correct way to install the present ones? At least half the time my coffee cups leak! Driving down the road having hot coffee dribble down you nick fresh shirt is very unpleasant. Just a thought!

When entering the survey code provided, the response is "This does not appear to be a valid customer code, please check and try again. No spaces were added and tried 3 times. Apparently there is a problem with your survey page due to the many comments already posted of consumers having the same problem!
