I found Jim very helpful in you Battle Creek Mi store. I was looking for a printer that would do what I need a printer to do for me. He explained how much the Cannon printer I liked would do. I was very pleased to purchase it. He should be commended for his attitude and pleasant manner.
I went to staples looking for an item needless to say it wasn't in stock at the store.... An employee there saw me looking puzzled and greeted me and offered to assist me. He informed me he could search for it online and did so... I am glad to say I will be receiving my item tomorrow....
The manager and staff of the Staples store in New Kensington, PA have been wonderful. The fly in the ointment is the rebates they offer. If the store and store staff offer good services but the stores support outside is less then adequate what good is their effort.

I emailed some text and pictures to Vito at your Lake Havasu Az store to make flyers about my boat I am selling. I fully expected to have to explain how I would want it layed out but by the time I got to the store Vito had a copy of how he had layed it out and it was much better than what I had thought of even down to having the text in the exact color of red that my boat trim was in! I am extremely happy with the job Vito did and want you to know it.

Staples saves us a lot of money on great Calendars, Daytimers, ColorLok paper for printing. We buy our HP Ink at Staples because they recycle the containers, and the staff at the local store is always on top of everything, always answers our questions, they helped us with our Samsung phone purchases which serve us well, and they give us the discounts we earn by shopping and we always leave smiling.

I've been a regular customer at Staples in 210 Ken Pratt Boulevard, Longmont, CO. I've always had excellent help from all sales clerk but most specifically David and PJ.

I have always found Staples a place of friendly people. The are always helping you find items if you need them to. You had a store in the McHenry Ctr. in Goodlettsville, TN. You closed that store recently and I sure hated it. Now I have to go much further to Hendersonville, TN. But that is OK, I will always use Staples.

I was looking for ink for my Epson printer and I went to the store in Menifee, CA on Haun Road. Within about 2 minutes I had a cheerful person helping me find the right one. When at check out they opened another check out when there was only one person in another lane already being helped. I was absolutely amazed at the service I received. Went to Staples in Hadley, Mass. Person ( woman and I do not know her name) seemed
arrogant so we left store and did not purchase. (March 29th in the evening) Went to Northampton, Mass. Staples store and was treated well and we then purchased the same item we were looking at in Hadley.
Arrogant means she gave me her opinion - did not listen to what I wanted - and did not
discuss with me my concerns. As I am not that good at computer technology I usually
depend upon your sales people and this was not my usual treatment at your store.
I visited the Staples on Tyler twice this week and was helped ironically by the same employee, Chris both times. He was very instrumental with helping me decide what item I would ultimately purchase as I had visited several others stores in my search.
