    I visited the store in West Jordan, Utah on March 11, 2015. Cashier #52101 helped me tremendously! She spent so much time looking for the specific shoes that I needed. She also gave me personal service, which is almost unheard of these days. She also was able to find the shoes that I needed in the clearance area, which was impressive. She called stores to find another pair of shoes that I specifically needed. I couldn't believe that she was able to donate so much time to me. I will definitely visit that store again and again.

    Just wasted 30 minutes hopping from one link to the other. Going to the Reference Link as suggested just brings you back to the Skecher's home page, where there are no links to a survey. If given the opportunity, I will share with Skecher's how confusing and frustrating this 'survey' site is. Why is there not a direct link to the survey?

    i was there on 11/22/2014 @11:20:54 when i bought the shoes i told the cashier that i did not live in the area. They told me i could return the shoes at any store that sold skechers, that told me that i did not have to return them there, so of course when i tried to return them i couldnt. when i called the store o 1/3/2015 the lady i spoke to said she would have the mananger to call me of course she didt i dont blame the lady i talk to she was nice. i did expect the manager to call me. i thought that was very rude i think the company ought to send me a coupon for a pair of shoes i could get in the area i live

    I love SKECHERS shoes and have 12 pairs. I have the rocker bottoms and did not ask for money back from the big law suit. The shoes gave me a life back as I have had back surgery and knee and could not walk on pavement for very long. I can walk all day at the Disney parks and work out in the gym and ride long distances on my bike. I just bought another pair of the new mules and they are great as I have a broken shattered ankle and they don't touch the ankle like the older leather mules do but I still wear them. Your staff is always very helpful when I come to buy shoes. I also bought my daughter five pair and several other friends several pair. Thanks MW
