    It took forever to find this comment page. On the "WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU". it says to enter bit.ly/northhollywood925. That took me nowhere. Any way, I was a customer in your store
    on HIGHLAND in Hollywood from 1984 until it's recent closing. I can say nothing but praises on every account. Food, service and employees all top notch. About a week after it closed I happened to be in the vicinity of your store on LAUREL CANYON. The line was out the door and I thought 'THERE MUST HAVE BEEN IMPROVEMENTS" because I had not been there or many many years. W-R-O-N-G. Just as the line was down to about 5 people--BINGO---they open the other one. THE FOOD COULD NOT EVEN START TO COMPARE TO THE STORE IN HOLLYWOOD. I got a salad with bacon bits. The meat was very strange and chewy. I though that's strange for bacon bits. About that time I almost broke a tooth. I bit down on a bone about the size of your knuckle.
    I got impression that they must have cooked a ham hock and shaved the meat off and diced it up. I pointed it out to the waitress and she said "SORRY". Now that is concern. The amount of hot food selections was about 90% less than in Hollywood. The employs which really got to know very well in Hollywood kept telling me the store was going to close and finally it did. They said someone had already paid for the property. As I go by there now there are 2 signs. THIS PROPERTY FOR RENT and PROPERTY FOR SALE. So much for good business judgment. By the way the number at the top of my ticket from Laurel Canyon is #0925 on 05/22/2016. I have often thought about to complaining to companies and it has taken me sometime to do this one but I have been upset of the closing of the store in Hollywood and the crummy in North Hollywood. I know there is one on Hollywood Way and I was not to happy with the few visits there sometime ago.

    I live in San Diego,Ca I visited your store Imperial #1213 ordered steak & lobster with salad I got the Lobster nothing in the tail but empty shell with spread on top that didn't taste like lobster at all for $26.00 bucks I was understanding I was suppose to pry my tail to get the meat out.I guess if you want lobster you have to cook it your self.

    11-06-2015 Today we decided to go to sizzlers for the first time in 23 years, as we normaly go to the Boat Club in Redcliff on arrival to the club we found it was to crowed so decided to eat else were and that's when I said sizzlers. The young lady great a her job front desk, told us how it worked and then our steaks where just beautiful as well as the rest of the food as we where very surprised with it all and walked away very, very happy. I would like to say staff where great the young lady waiting very good and the one that took my attention was young Scott, I had no way of operating the coffee and he just took control and made me feel special by showing me around the hole thing and so much more very delightful young man and we are in our 6o,s but he just took his time and today you just don't get that. Now we have somewhere new to go, and really happy as my husband complains every time we go out but today happy thank you.

    Have always loved Sizzler, Store 0657 in Auburn, CA, until today. Today & lately they are playing loud Rock music. I like the music but at Half the Volume. My friend & I could not visit because it was too loud & when the manager, Ruben, was asked to turn it down he didn't want to. He turned it down for about 5 minutes & then it was right back up. Rude to very good customers who go to Sizzler about twice or more a week and bring our friends & family too.

    Great dinner. Steak grilled to perfection. Waitress, Hannah, store 0609, was outstanding. Please let her superiors know what a great employee they have. Her public relations value is imeasureable.

    My wife has a problem with garlic and was told that they would not put garlic on her steak. When she tried the steak she could taste garlic. The manager came over and told her that he washed the steak three times to get the garlic off. You can not wash all the garlic off as you just dilute it and it soaks into the steak. The manager did give us two $5 coupons but we will give them away as we do not have Sizzler in Maryland. He also called her "little lady", which she did not like. Other than that the food was good and my wife like the salad bar (the only thing she could eat).

    the service you get is fabulous. the food is good and so are the prices. i love lobster and they have better lobster than the red lobster, and alot cheeper. i go back often. not many places
    were the manager comes out and talks to you. good food and good service.

    Our party ate at the Sizzler on Warner in Fountain Valley.
    Our party ate at Sizzlers in Fountain Valley on Warner Avenue. Gabriel (store #0517) was our server and he should be commended on his service as well as his graciousness. We all loved the food, and atmosphere, making our get together successful. Gabriel added to this success, and we would love to see him recognized. He is definitely an asset to your business!

    Had lunch at Sizzler on 8-2-2014 and had the nicest experience with a very efficient waiter. His name is Josh. He was eager to satisfy the customers and make sure nothing was needed. Very nice young man. Need more waiters like Josh!

    Wow, sizzler's service and food was second to none, the restaurant we ate dinner at was very clean the server's were polite and courteous, cant wait to return for the awesome salad bar. Dining out is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable time, and it was, great food and clean restaurant to dine at. D&D Rodgers Apple Valley Ca.

    Sean and his staff provided super service on my birthday 27 Jul. Over 20 relatives traveled 40 miles to the Sizzler in Yuba City. It was a Sunday and they were filled with more coming in. Each person gave their own choice from the menu and everyone was quickly served. The service was outstanding and even allowed the gang to sing on my 70th. These are the reasons why Sizzler # 040 is our favorite place to eat. The only bad thing is they do not honor the military as they do in Roseville, CA with a discount. This is a military community and the discount would draw more customers.

    The servers name was Liz and I saw her help other waitresses during the time we were there. Someone spilled a dish on the floor and she stayed there to protect others from walking into it. It just felt like home and that is the best you can get. Liz was very helpful and quick to see our plates were empty and to take them away. Thank You Liz. I would like to have you serve us next time. The food is always good!

    I tried to do your survey but there is no store code on my receipt. I used my credit card and that is my receipt the only receipt that I received-----food was good and plenty. Toast arrived when we were almost done eating. Seats at the booths were split and the floor was worn and dirty, also the bathrooms were dirty. Store is at 115 Hutton ranch Rd Kalispell Mt 59901
