    I shopped at Mark's Hallmark in Covington, WA on 1/24/15 survey #18364 004146 and want to compliment Vickie A. for very excellent service.

    When I tried to complete survey for $1,000 cash the first screen says 30 day trial and since I already have a Hallmark Account I do not want to sign up for any trials not knowing exactly what they are.

    I am very, very upset with your system to get the $2.00 survey money back. I was going to turn 2 different shopping experiences in, for the $2.00 off and could not find the place to do so. It led me everywhere else. Then ------- I decided to give up and do it by phone. It took FOREVER to get to the part where you rated the store. It kept repeating itself over and over for ratings. All I did was use cell minutes for NOTHING!!!!! I had one receipt for $51.88 and one for $2.15. I am so UPSET with this that I will just buy cheaper cards somewhere else. The $2.00 is more of a hassle than anything. I would rather quick do it in the store than have this kind of frustration that I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Since Elementary (that was 30 years ago) upto this time that I am now a wife and a mother of three boys, I am still loyal in partronizing hallmark products. What I like most are their CARDS and thier gift items that makes me smile beacuse it is sooo cute and funny. Everytime I travel, I always include "hallmark store" in my itinerary and I make sure that I have something to buy as a relic from that place. I love "hallmark" all over the world!
