Just went to store to replace lap top and employee Xenia at the Springfield store was a joy to work with. She was very professional and very in the know of what I wanted and directed me to the right spot. In this day and age it was a refreshing experience.
ayer visite su tienda en plaza las americas. Necesitaba comprar un printer que usara la tinta del modelo #4620. Sin embargo el empleado me convencio para que cambiara al modelo #4630 que usa otra tinta pero cuando pague economize dinero ademas la tinta para el nuevo printer es mas económica. Además el printer provee para servicio de fax y no tiene una pantalla tan iluminada. El empleado me ayudo a llevar la mercancia a la caja y esperó por que el cajero terminara mi transacción mientras me educó para usar aplicaciones en mi telefono celular y me invito al seminario de apple de los miércoles. Tambien lo añadió a mi calendario del celular con recordatorios para que no falte! . Fue gentil interesado en ayudar educado, simpático y mejoró mi animo pues ya venia de office max y la atención allá fue irrespetuosa y no me dieron alternativas económicas; razón por lo cual llegué hasta su tienda.

I love Best Buy, the employees are very helpful, the only thing that upsets me sometimes is that when you get in line for questions and or help they will tell you that it will take about 10 minutes before they can get to you, there is usually 4-6 employees walking around behind counter or just standing there, but what bothered me today at the store was that the girl that told me it would take about 10 minutes before I would get help, was the same girl that walked around a couple minutes and she is the one that helped me. can you explain this to me. she didn't do anything with any other customer. and I had to wait, for what, for her to walk around behind the counter. I don't know if this is a policy of B.B. but something needs to change. I buy every couple of months, usually things for my computer, gifts or gift cards. I've never had a problem with any of the employees, they're very helpful, and always answer my questions. Thank You for your time.
