    We purchased a refrigerator. When it was delivered it had three dents on the refrigerator door. It was noted on the delivery slip. I hope they will replace the door but I haven't contacted them yet. Our sales check number is 048389021924 and our salesclerk number is 182. She was very helpful and found just what we needed online since they did not have the size we needed in stock.

I am very pleased with the sale service, but extremely unhappy with the quality of merchandise. purchased a NEW refrigerator in July 2016 and in Oct 2017 the compressor failed and I had to buy a NEW refrigerator. Sears Kenmore was always a gold mark product my family always purchased Sears appliances knowing you were getting years of dependable service, what happened? I am beyond disappointed.

    Recently visited Sears Store in Pottstown, Pa. Abbie Augustine was our saleslady...A young
    lady, she was very very helpful and nothing was too much for her to check for us... She knows
    the product, speaks slowly and clearly and just one "top notch sales lady" We went in "Just looking" and with her help we bought a new refrigerator.

    Cant compliment her enough for her very efficient way of doing business.
