The cashiers were confused when I told them I made a purchase online, and I pulled up my item. I waited about 15mins or so before they had me go to the pick up area ( talked to 2 different pepple). Waited another 15mins because the machine that I needed to verify my item wouldn't let me swipe my credit card. I came to the pick up window and told the clerk, he said that I need to go back to the cashier and have them ring it up? I told him she told me they no longer do that. So he typed in my phone #and found me Whew!! A lot of work.

I am responding to the shop sears feedback, I went to Sears in Kennewick,
Washington on 11-25-2014. We bought a refrigerator months ago and the "change air filter and water filter" light came on, so I went to Sears. As I stepped into the appliance department Sharron came over and asked me if she could help. I told her I bought a refrigerator from Sears and now it's telling me that I need a new air and water filter. She said to follow her and we went to the location where the filters were displayed. She pick two fillers and handed them to me. I said how do you know what filters to give me when I didn't give you a model or serial number. She said we only have one type refrigerator that needs both a air and water filter. I was amazed at how fast she knew what filters to give me. She had another customer to help so she handed me over to Dave who also did an outstanding job. You should be very proud that both Sharron and Dave are working for you!
The Sears people are very helpful. When we needed a part for a vacuum cleaner,
they went the extra mile to help and got us the part no. and let us know that
we could take it into any vacuum place to get placed. Thanks

Walked in at 6:20pm to get a filter for refrigerator at the store on Downing Pines Rd in West Monroe, La. One man and one Lady employees. No one else in store. Never spoke just looked at me until I was right in his face to tell him what I needed and I had previous receipt to give him with number so he would not have to look it up. He went and got it, checked me out and never once said Thankyou or any type of greeting. Sorry I came in at 6:20 but I was out before closing time. When he went to get filter the other employee (lady) was sitting there and never acknowledged any type of greeting. Maybe they were tired or had a bad day, but I want go back I will get my $49 filter else where.

Best Buy has the most dignified sales approach in any store of its type. There never is pressure by sales reps. Questions are managed with integrity, and the reps give me feeling of confidence in their knowledge.
