    Yesterday I purchased 3 tubes of Rite Aid anti-itch cream. I used a very small amount and it STUNG !!!!!! Diphenhydramine is an antihistaminic and anticholinergic and NOT A TOPICAL ANESTHETIC.
    Where is your original ZINC OXIDE preparation? That certainly works but this new formula is anything but--------
    I returned those tubes. Let me know when you folks produce the plain ZINC OXIDE and then I'll be back !!!

    I would like to tell you how satisfied I am with the pharmacist in RiteAid in Leland NC and Middletown Ohio. I needed a prescriiption from my doctor, who called it in to RiteAid in Leland NC. But, I had left for the holidays and did not get the message. Several days later I called and was told the office called it into the RiteAid store in Leland, NC. I called and spoke to the pharmacist. This medicine was important in that I have an infection that has to be cleared up before I can have an infusion drug. The pharmacist told me how I can contact RiteAid store and that store can access the portal directly and fill my prescription. In case there is no RiteAid close, she advised me how I can contact that store and have the pharmacist contact the Leland RiteAid. But, explained it would not be as streamlined a process as if there is a RiteAid store. Then the pharmacist offered to locate the closest store. She did, I contacted the Middletown, Ohio RiteAid and spoke with the pharmacist. I got directions to the store and was told it would be filled in 30 minutes.

    I could not have been more pleased with how this assistance helped. Both stores deserve credit for how they helped a customer, who had a prescription in one state, was traveling for holidays in another state, did not know if there was a RiteAid and was given help in finding it, and the directions to the store. Could not have been better assisted.
