    Went to pick up an eye med which I was told and personally observed tech entering from bid to tid. At pharmacy, I was given a bottle filled for the bid amount. No matter how I pleded with them to read the rest, no one would...even the pharmacist. I had to contact doctor's office to have office call in which delayed my taking from Friday to Monday. I've had other mishaps at pharmacy but this is just my fed up time; therefore, I'm speaking out.

    Service is good for the most part. Usually I call ahead and my scripts are ready. Many times there are cars at the drive-up window, and they can hold up the walk-ins at the pharmacy. More counter help is needed to solve this problem inside the store.

    Went to pickup a script that I dropped off the waiting time before I could pick it up was 3 and a half hours. Then went back to get it sitting in the pickup line for over 20 minutes got frustrated and went into store. The service is just awful. They just drag around, just awful changing my pharmacy.

    Not enough help in pharmacy. The waiting time is rediculosly long I have OA & is very hard to stand in line for more than 20 mins. I have my scripts called in advance but makes no difference. I still have to wait for the order to be processed . Time & again they tell me they haven't recieved my order . I have been with R-A over 5 yrs. & seriously thinking of changing stores & or Co. There are anywhere from 4 - 7 people filling orders but only 1 or 2 maybe ? checking customers out. In the last year it has slowly gotten worse .My store is 7224 Broadway Lemon Grove #05618 Thank You in advance for anything you can do to take care of the problem.

    I have been using this pharmacy for years and I never had anything bad to say about it.
    Lately, there seems to be a rather negative attitude with the persons who work there, it may be because of a new store manger that does not seem to be well liked.
    I went by yesterday to pick up my asthma inhaler-it was supposed to be ready on Wednesday-it still was not ready yesterday-I was told to wait 10 minutes-I was a bit pressed for time so I told them I would come by on Monday to pick it up.
    I have a prescription for Colgate Prevident Plus that has been supposedly back ordered-that was 3 weeks ago, so I stopped by again-it was re-ordered 6/15/15.
    I will stop by on Monday again-lets hope it's more positive and productive this time.

    I just had the BEST experience in years with Lena at the pharmacy on 7th street in Downtown Los Angeles. She went WAY out of her way to find and get me discounts on a very expensive prescription, ultimately saving me $60 on this visit alone and co-pay assistance on future visits.
