    My son and I had dinner together on 7/11/15 at 7:24pm at Red Robin Foothill Ranch, CA. My survey code is 785 557 000 019 113. I was so impressed by the service we received by our waitress, Ghazaleh. She is truly amazing. She explained in detail the items on the menu I was interested in. She came back to check on what else she could do for us many times. Her attitude was uplifting and giving. She continued to pour out from herself her love of her work and kindness toward us. Her service and expertise was first class. She will remain highly recommended as the waitress to ask for by all my friends and family. Red Robin is my favorite restaurant. The food is really excellent! Well done Red Robin of Foothill Ranch. I give you a five star rating. Thank you for all you do.

    There were four of us who had lunch yesterday, 5/01/15, at Red Robin. I have tried to participate in survey with code 623 015 000 019 but to no avail. The survey audio is not a customer friendly piece of software: Too fast and letters are too small. How else can I speak of Audrey's GREAT SERVICE?? Audrey also found my favorite sunglasses I had left behind on seat and returned to me before I set foot outside the restaurant. Audrey's service was SUPERLATIVE!

    This wasn't our first visit by far. My entire family of 6 visit often. On this last visit: 3/26/2015, my wife and I were quite taken back because five of us had fries with our meals and they each were cold. I ordered one of my favorite burgers which is the Chili Chili Burger. Thinking that with its name it would come with lots of chili. This did NOT my far. I was VERY disappointed. Will we go again? Yes, but.......

    I was absolutely horrified & disappointed in your service. I spent almost $40 for a take out order & nothing was right. We never got any sauces for the onion rings, when I specifically asked & was willing to pay for it. We had specific orders on the burgers & they crossed that up as well. Horrible experience & I wanted to talk to someone as I like your product but this experience was horrific.

    Went to Red Robin in York Pa today for the first ever visit to a Red Robin. Food was delicious, service was great. Deanna C. was our waitress, she was so helpful and friendly. She made our visit a pleasant one and was so helpful in teaching us to use the computer. It was very busy there, but our food was delivered quickly and our initial wait time was only about 10 minutes. We will definitely be back and hope to have Deanna was our waitress again!     have been coming to Red Robin for years (30384 0031 77788) and spend about $340-380 a month. (2 people) Recently your system for keeping track of a customers purchases went down and when it came back recently I believe it short-changed me two meals, giving me credit for six meals when my records show it should say eight have been purchased. Could you please check this out for me and let me know. I could be wrong but I don't think so. I have many times purchased the required nine and gotton the tenth on Red Robin so I know how your program works.     It wasn't this visit but the visit on Veterans Day. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the hospitality. Also to have someone that young to say Thanks for your service and for protecting my country. As a vet it was great to get that acknowledgement. Sometimes we hear nothing or people call us warmongers or you never grown up and you like to play Army. But to have somebody so young to say thank you it was the highlight of my evening.

    Today was my first visit to Red Robin. I was greeted by a friendly woman and she walked me to my seat. I wanted a regular table and she found one that was open. The Server: Candice stopped by and helped me with the menus and was very helpful during the entire visit.
    I enjoyed the burger and look forward to future visits.
    When I left the building the friendly greeter now wished me a pleasant goodbye.

    The server was very nice and courteous, however the computer system leaves something to be desired. I had a 20% off coupon that expired today and my purchase just happened to be 10th one so one item was free. However the system did not allow taking the 20% discount on any of the 3 entrees on the bill. That does not seem very customer friendly and this is the second time I have had this issue at this location. Not feeling particularly friendly towards red robin at this point.

    we love red robin, go at least once a week, everyone is polite, friendly and very professional.they go out of their way to be helpful. on the survey I did tonight I marked that it was stuffy in the restaurant, normally it is very cool, I said something about it to our server and she got it cooler which was much better. they are a great group of employees, you should be very proud, we eat out almost everyday and you would be surprised at what we experience at times. red robin is top rated to us, keep up the good work, kudos to your staff,

    First,thank you so much for the birthday meals. Today my wife and myself visited the red robin out in fayetteville. Both our birthdays are this month. The server Shelia A was excellent. Very attendant. We are so glad we joined the club. The food was great. In today's world to have a company do such a thoughtful thing is fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.     The CC machine was not working so could not take the CC, the server made a copys of my CC number to run later once the machine was working, but i did not like that with out me seeing the charges, so i paid in cash and had to ask for all the copies she had made of my CC number still am not sure i got all the copies she made (she seemed unclear that i had them all). Then the receite I got did not show I had paid or the ammount I paid or the change i was to receive back. So in the long run the food was good but the service was not helful and i still have questions.

    We went to the new Red Robin at the Pavilion's tonight searching for a new neighborhood restaurant. We found it! Alisha J. provided amazing service and was so personable! When we return we will ask to be seated in her section again. She made us feel like she was glad we came in and showed interest in making sure we ordered just what we wanted. She took time to engage us in conversation and made us feel so welcomed. Great servers like this are hard to find, you have a gem with this girl. We look forward to our next visit.

    survey code is 726 137 000 070 113----we were at Raleigh, NC . Food was very good, and we were pleased we did not have to order too much food--the waiter Sally helped us with that. She did a super job with us during crunch lunch time. My concern is the sanitation grade--93.5 or somewhere close to that. We generally do not like to eat in restaurants that have such a low grade, but did not see any unsanitary conditions.
    The survey could be much less difficult, and would just as soon make a quick call to answer the questions. We will go back to the R.R.
